Guests have access to the entire place.
Please note: Trash/recycle day is Wednesday, so if you're staying overnight on a Tuesday we'd very much appreciate it if you take to the curb. Trash bins & 2 recycle bins are kept in the backyard. We will reach out ahead of time to confirm.
We also let you know when mowing is scheduled this usually only lasts about 30 minutes, but if you have personal belongings, please be aware. Thanks!
Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025The property was exactly what we needed for our visit to Fayetteville. Beds where comfy enough to get a good night sleep, the grill and EV charger was the main reason we chose this property. Just minutes from UofA Campus and everything Fayetteville has to offer!

We were pleasantly surprised with all the extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen spices, coffee and even some laundry pods! Everything was clean, the house smelled so fresh!
