Cozy home with Wi-Fi, SHARC passes, and private hot tub

This house was great! Very comfortable for our group.

Three couples and our dog stayed here and it was the perfect house for us! The deck and hot tub were fantastic, there was sufficient seating for everyone in the living room and dining areas, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was really great and comfortable!

We were very impressed with this house. It's beautiful, warm, cozy, spacious, well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Please clarify that a star is needed after the access code. Also the number on the house (17) doesn’t match the long street address provided on the documentation. These small adjustments in communication would really improve the check in process.

Best house we’ve rented in Sunriver, hands down! Extremely well equipped, fun toys in the garage and nice and quiet. Can’t wait to visit again.

Stayed here for a post fourth of July family holiday with the kids and the dog (note that there is no fence to keep dog close if you let them out. which was fine for us). Very easy to find, good location within the Sunriver community. The convenience of the bikes in the garage was extra nice since most things are a hefty walk for kids, but an easy bike ride. And the ping pong table was such a good evening distraction for EVERYONE! SHARC passes were very easy to use and the kids loved it, but the hot tub was a major hit - it was HUGE compared to most places we have stayed. There was an endless supply of pillows and blankets and the house temperature was very nice. Check out instructions were a little vague, but I only say that because so many places have a HUGE list of things to do, so maybe it was more that checkout was super easy compared to other places. :)I only marked cleanliness as a 4/5 because there were cobwebs on the walls going up the stairs, which seemed a little odd in a rental property and my bug adverse child was very quick to point it out. Also, bring bug spray/candles - Sunriver/Bend has sooooo many mosquitoes. Highly recommend

In addition to the basics of dishes, furniture, etc, the home was well stocked with fun things: foosball, pingpong, bikes, tricycle, Shark passes, TV's, and more. Nice that the little stuff such as dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, and paper towels were also provided. I think the cleaning lady was in a hurry, as there was still some pet hair on the rug, a small amount of debris on the tile floors.

This is the second time staying here. We would have stayed last year but the house wasnt available. Highly recommend! Clean house and attentive host.

This house was ideal for our spring break getaway. It had everything we needed: a clean, well-stocked kitchen, and a layout that was perfect for our family, with many thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and relaxing. While the hot tub was a bit cooler than expected, which was disappointing, the kids loved having the SHARC pass for an afternoon of swimming. The house also had plenty of games, a ping pong table, and bikes in the garage, keeping the kids entertained throughout our stay.

We had an absolute wonderful time!! The host was incredibly kind and quick to respond with questions we had! The home had everything we needed for our 5 day stay over Christmas. The amenities in the garage and hot tub were top notch. We’d absolutely stay again our next stay. We love Sunriver and this home was a perfect place to enjoy our time! Thank you again, Tammy!

I utilized the space for an officer retreat for school students and appreciated the space and location that this place offered. My students enjoyed being able to play pong, soak in the hot tube, ride bikes, and go to the Sharc. I appreciated the quiet location and big table for group planning. The house was well equipped and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Property was great, would come again. Only wish we didn’t bring the Seattle weather down with us! We had a great time regardless, thank you for the wonderful home.

This is a great home for a family. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all connected together so its great for entertaining. The BBQ is hooked up to gas and the patio is in good condition (no concerns for slivers) the kitchen is large and stocked very well. Nice everything. which isn't seen much in rental homes.

Great spot. Owner very nice and easy to communicate with and accommodated some late requests. Would stay there again!

This is our second time staying in this home. Very comfortable, well equipped home in a great central Sunriver location. We like the quiet neighborhood for walking as well. Highly recommend!
