Cozy home w/Hot Tub in trendy West Asheville!

The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay. If you like breweries, New Belgium Brewery is about a two minute drive away and was a lot of fun.

Loved this house and its location - quiet street - loved the hot tub and back deck. Well stocked with all that we needed. Very convenient to all the places we visited - Naturd center, Biltmore, downtown Asheville. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful little home in walking distance to so many cool places!! We were just passing through so we didn’t get to do a ton, but we so appreciated all the thoughtful details and clear instructions on using the hot tub. The host was super responsive to messages. We are going to have to set aside time to come back to explore more and actually enjoy Asheville!

We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. The hot tub was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of towels and check out instructions were easy peezy. The location is perfect. We loved being able to walk up to Taco Billy’s. Great place!

Our host Chrystal was so responsive and accomodating. We loved the house, the location, and the easy access.

This was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The place had everything we needed (hot tub was a definite plus!) and the location worked well for us. From here, we walked to several nearby businesses - New Belgium Brewery, Small Batch Glass Studio (great class!), Harvest Records, Hole Doughnuts, etc. We were also just a short drive to downtown Asheville which was fun to explore in the evening. Pisgah NF is about an hour from here (beautiful waterfalls!), the NC Arboretum about 15 min, and shopping outlet/malls 15-30 min.

This is a cozy spot to stay at in a quiet neighborhood and has a convenience store within walking distance. We had a nice time on our vacation in Asheville.

This is such a cute little house. It was very clean and excellently stocked with anything you may need or may have forgotten. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood when we first got there, but we had absolutely no problems and enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was an added plus.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just 5–7 minutes from downtown. We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved the location of this rental. We walked right over to New Belgium, and it was close to so many other walkable shops and restaurants. We did not feel the safest with a front door code that was reused, no actual lock on the back door, and no locks from inside the space for shared doors. The space didn’t look entirely like the pictures, especially with the family room rug being quite worn/couch stains. The space needs a deep clean. Check-in was easy. Host communicated in a timely manner.

Eveeyrhing was great. Muaic venue we attended was across the river. We walked and had a good time.

We had the most enjoyable stay. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. We did appreciated the coffee and teas provided.The beds were comfortable as well. We appreciate the location. It was a great sisters trip. The TV is Roku and you must sign to streaming channels. Unfortunately it does not support Dish TV. It is with in walking distance to restaurants and a brewery.

Great location, very clean, towels were remarkably soft. Host was easy to get ahold of and check-in was easy. Would have preferred more secure locks on the exterior doors and two-way locks on the doors leading to the owner’s downstairs residence, as well as a unique pin for the front door for each guest.

The house was very clean and check in was a breeze. Perfect for my friend and I girls' weekend in Asheville! Close to Biltmore and the area was really cute with great restaurants. Loved the k cups and that there was shower soap in the shower. We had everything we needed. Thank you!

My friends and I stayed here for a mid-week Asheville explore and it was great. The location was walkable to the River Arts District and several west Asheville coffee and food spots. The hot tub was spotless and a nice treat at night. We didn't have our pups with us, but it's clearly a very dog-friendly property.

The house was close to where we wanted to be for our stay in Asheville. The block left a little to be desired. The house itself was fine but it shows some wear and tear and could stand a deep clean to remove cobwebs and built up dust along the baseboards and sills.

We had a great stay. This little house is so cute and walking distance to a lot. We were there for July 4th and had a lot of fun at the block party and mills river brewing’s party for the 4th. We were bummed Sierra Nevada was closed on the 4th, we really wanted to check it out.

My husband, pup, and I had a great stay here. The house is in great condition and the neighborhood is super pet friendly. We talked with a lot of neighbors the few days we were there. We also walked to Taco Billy, and Hole Doughnuts which was less than a 10 minute walk. It’s a short drive away from many other restaurants and cafes and a grocery store. We were able to do laundry while we were there, you just have to ask the property manager for permission and bring your own detergent. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Asheville. The home is ideally located and makes it easy to get Downtown and points in West Asheville and the River Arts District. We traveled with our small senior beagle and although he couldn’t use the rear stairs, it was easy for him to step off the front porch and walk down the driveway.

An adorable little house thay was perfect for a girls' getaway. The hottub was a fun extra. The home was cozy and well kept.

This is a great place to stay for families with kids and dogs. The property is extremely clean and well organized. The backyard has a fenced in area that was great for the dogs. No issues or complaints!

The house was particularly well equipped from the kitchen to towels. It was very comfortable, extremely clean and the hot tub was a bonus. The property manager was very available and cooperative. It was a perfect stay.

We had such a good time here. Crystal was super nice and helpful during our stay. The hot tub was fantastic after our 5.5 hr drive in the chilly mountain weather. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Asheville. Our pup also enjoyed the fenced in yard so that was a huge plus for us. The bathroom was stocked with everything you need in case you forget something and the cards against humanity game was so fun on our last night :) definitely recommend this place!!

Near the River Arts district, this West Asheville cottage is well-laid out and equipped. Felt hotel-like in the attention to detail. We were able to walk to a good restaurant and café. We will come again!

I could not be more grateful for my time at Griff's place. My dog and I had an extended stay while doing storm recovery following Hurricane Helene and his place was an absolute life saver!Overall the home was quite comfortable, with all the amenities and more. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen,easy check-in and house instructions with a dog friendly backyard. It is located on a quiet, friendly street with easy access to downtown, West Asheville and highways. It was the ideal spot to both accomplish and recover from endless days and weeks of hard work. The hot tub was a very welcome bonus!! Both Griff and Crystal made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my time in Asheville.

Lovely cute cottage, they had everything we needed and more. I forgot my toothbrush and they even had cute enclosed toothbrushes. Location was perfect, artsy district which us 3 seenagers enjoyed and great restaurants within minutes of cottage. Parking more than enough Would recommend in a heartbeat.Biltmore 9 minutes away.

We enjoyed the house - it fit the 3 of us nicely. We liked being able to walk to so many restaurants and interesting areas. Check in instructions were clear and it was nice to have off street parking since the house is on a narrow street.

The kitchen and bathroom were updated and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening. The location is very convenient to the Biltmore house and downtown. We were able to walk to several nice restaurants. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Narrow streets in the area were a little challenging but property was nice. Beds were comfortable. Clean!!!

The property was in a great location, 5 min to River arts district, 12 min to downtown, very walkable to our favorite donut spot, Duck Donut. We only stayed 1 night and it was great that this property was able to accompany our quick trip. Would definitely book again!

My wife, son and I chose this house because of its close access to all the cool and fun places to see. The house was very well kept and the backyard had a nice fenced in area for our dog.

My daughter and I came to Asheville for the weekend to go to a music festival downtown. This house was very close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for the two of us with access to a fenced in yard for our dog. The hot tub was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and in good working order. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next trip to Asheville

Place was great and close to lots of great restaurants. Kitchen and living room were very nice. Great to have off street parking. Appreciated the Keurig with large assortment of K-cups.
