Spoonbill Manor sits squarely in the middle of the hill country of Warsaw. You will find quick access to the water, newly added boat parking, good eats, marinas, antique and gift shops and beautiful views. In the manor, we have plenty of comfy furniture and a front patio with firepit, perfect for telling stories of the one that got away.
We invite furry friends, just not too, too many and crated when left alone please. All floors are vinyl so cleanup is nice and easy.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025This was a very cute little house. It had everything you needed to be quite comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The only complaint that my husband and I had is that the mattresses were not comfortable at all. everything else was perfect. It had a nice fenced in yard for our dog to enjoy. It also has a nice fire pit area with chairs. We will definitely rent this place again. We enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you

Stayed Jun 25, 2025My husband and I loved the Spoonbill Manor. It was just right for us. Quaint, vintage and cozy! Very clean and comfortable. Never had to ask Aaron for anything during our stay. He was very responsive though when needed.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025Had a great time!! Checkin couldn’t have been easier, was clean and was able to find anything we needed as far as frying up some fish:) lake must be low as the boat ramp was fairly dried up. Great place to take the dogs and get away for a couple days and do some fishing.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024We had a great 4 night stay with our pups. The host was very responsive when I reached out for any reason. The house had almost everything you could need for your stay. Plenty of parking for our boat and truck. Neighbor on right side is very friendly and checks in often when you get back from your outings.
