We had our annual guys weekend here. There were 8 of us and we fit and slept comfortably. The property had plenty of room for games, lounging, and just kicking back and relaxing. The covered boat dock was perfect. The adults hung out on the bottom deck while the kiddos fished from the upper deck. The hosts where very attentive to our needs, although there was not many. The property was everything we expected and more. We will definitely book another stay here. -Marco

This place was great. It was perfect for our venue. House is clean and everything functional. We came to play on the lake and visit family. Lake is full and spill way running over. We spent most our time on the water or the boat dock. Dock is large has two boat lifts and a second floor balcony. The boat lift is size limited. My 19' I/O was a little wide. So conveniently the RV park has a boat ramp about 300 feet away from the house dock. They charged 5 per launch or recovery for ramp use. So 10 a day was no big deal. It's like you have your own private boat ramp. Also the property has a nice big shed you can back the boat into for overnight. Don't hesitate a rent if it fits your venue. Totally worth it!

This place is situated right on the water. You literally walk about 50 yards from the back door to the dock. The backyard is spacious. The dock has plenty of room for fishing and just enjoying the outdoors. The house is pretty spacious. We had everything we needed for a great family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a very nice clean house. You do notice the traffic noise from the bridge acress the lake that is very close. All and all, a nice place to stay for what we needed.

If you are coming to Brownwood, this is an excellent place to stay! It is clean and bug free. Moonyeen and Don were absolutely wonderful to work with. They responded quickly to every request or question we had. They were both so kind and helpful. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. The house is nice and affordable. It’s conveniently located, which made it easy to get to town and back. The dock is incredible and Don and Moonyeen let us use the canoe as well! This was a fantastic trip! Very relaxing, fun activities (outdoors and indoors) great accommodations, and super friendly hosts. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! Thanks for the memories Don & Moonyeen!

We had two families stay at this property for the long holiday weekend and it was perfect for our group! Plenty of parking for our 3 cars, including a boat trailer. It was easy to dock our boat on the side of the boat dock and we left it there overnight each night. You do have to climb over or under some handrails to get on/off the dock when parking the boat on the side. Convenient access to a boat ramp 3 doors down (you have to contact the ramp owners and pay them for usage). This side of the lake was ideal for swimming at the dock, as there isn’t much boat traffic or waves as a result. Water levels were great in July, but this is the side of the lake that goes dry quicker than the rest. The house and dock were well lit at night, great ambiance. Great communication with the owners and they have a binder and notes easily accessible in the house that answer common questions. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Great lakehouse!

This was perfect for our family to get out of town and breathe some fresh air and have a beautiful view of the lake. The property was nice and beautiful for our kids to swim in the lake. Property manager was available to my questions promptly. Over all I will do this again

We had a fun time staying on Lake Brownwood. The water was up and the accommodations were good.

House was fine. We didn’t spend much time there just breakfast and sleeping. Air was cold and water was hot for showers.
