The backyard is so cozy and nice

The host was not only very accommodating but went out of her way to ensure my stay was what I needed. I appreciated her accessibility and friendliness. It's clear she loves this home and wants her guests to enjoy it. And I did. I loved the outdoor patio which was very private, very comfy, and usually filled with the songs of the finches. I highly recommend!

Cyndy was extremely helpful, as i had changed dates twice! Because of that, we had difficulty opening the door. She is a great hostess...helpful, available and just plain nice!

Cyndy was very responsive. Her kitchen is very well stocked. The outdoor areas are great. The pictures do not do the outdoor areas justice.

The host was very nice. She explained everything clearly. It was very close to places I wanted to go.I would definitly stay there again. In other words, the place was awesome!

Cyndy's home felt like home to me, and her thoughtfulness made it feel even more so. This was especially important since I did not feel well during the first two weeks and stayed home much of the time. The central location was, literally, about 15-30 minutes from everything I needed, and I felt aafe and comfortable and well taken care of. The last two weeks, I was ready to have fun with friends all over Tucson!

House was fabulous and perfect location for my family and I while attending University of Arizona graduation.

Nice but kind of dirty. The outdoor area had lots of dust on all the furniture. Made morning coffee s but dusty. Also I could not get the air to cool down last night. Smelled a little musty in there. Nicely appointed, comfy.

Nice place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located in Tucson, 20 minutes to the mountains for hiking, 15 minutes from U of Arizona, and 30 minutes from the airport.

This Tucson house provided all of our needs. The kitchen fully stocked with pans, utensils, spices etc. outdoor grill great addition !! Bedding, linens were nice and hall bath very spacious but master bath very tiny. Quite a drive for hiking and outdoor adventures. Outdoor areas nice tho quite littered with leaves and dust..

Cozy and well equipped home. Lovely backyard with privacy a focus with many seating and sunning options, nice BBQ grill and fruit trees attract birds. King bed was too soft for us when paired with very full pillows. Great location to shopping dining and to the Loop bike paths. Well stocked kitchen and loved Meleleuca provisions! Street parking a problem due to risk of being side-swiped, so distant parking made unloading harder.

The house was very nice, but Roku tv sucks. We had to go elsewhere to watch the Badgers and the Golf tournament.

Great attention to detail, including coffee, creamers and stevia or sugar. We are not coffee drinkers, but were impressed with all of the coffee bar supplies.Clean and owner ckd to be sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

This is an awesome place to kick back and relax after a long day. Quiet neighborhood and fairly close to shopping and food. Having the grill and seating outside was really nice. :)

Nice house with comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Didn’t get to use the outside space but it looked nice.

Parking was off street, to the side. No big deal but a little annoying. Front door and back/side doors have no locks but the heavy duty screen/storm doors do. This was intersting and i was a bit leery, but it was safe and secure. House was dusty, not dirty. Owners text alot. Ovrall, nice stay. though.

This house was just perfect for my visit with my adult kids. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. The backyard is a bonus to be enjoyed.

This property was a great location for the activities we planned on our trip. We enjoyed the patio are for relaxing evenings. If you plan to cook some meals at home, the kitchen is well equipped and there are lots of spices for seasoning. We appreciated having coffee provided.

We had a nice time visiting our daughter who attends Univ of Arizona. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy coffee in the morning. I wish we could have used the outdoor patio but it was too hot to enjoy the nice outdoor seating area. Thank you for letting us extend our stay on short notice

Was nice to have the option of a 3rd bedroom. You pay for 2 and then can add a third. Owner was good in responding. Location is great - near the U of A campus and many good restaurants.
