Cozy home in quiet neighborhood with hot tub and pool

As promoted. Very nice and clean. Lots of extra towels, blankets and amenities. We didn't use the pool or hot tub.Check out was nice, as they ask you don't wash their linens, so we just had to clean up, take the garbage out and start dishwasher. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our small family gathering. The bedrooms were roomy with ample closet space. The home was very clean and well stocked for our needs. We chose this property for the hot tub and we were pleasantly surprised when they also had a massage chair. Here are a few small things that made it a great place: good toilet paper, hot water, hand held sprayer in one bathroom, easy to open close shutter blinds, ceiling fans. Close to the strip and shopping without being too close. Would definitely stay again.

The host was excellent at reaching out and communicating. The house is very cozy. Nice hot tub and pool. Massage chair!! Kitchen was well-stocked. Was just what we needed.

Absolutely adorable place to stay while in Vegas. The neighborhood is quiet and you still within easy access to everything. Didn't get to use the pool or hot tub, to packed of an itinerary. The pool hot tub area was very private. Milan was easy to keep in contact with. The house has everything you need!

Excellent home! Very clean and tidy. Very comfortable and they provide everything you need to cook a meal, shower, swim, do laundry, etc. The host was excellent with communication and responded very quickly. I will definitely be staying there again. Probably the best VRBO I have stayed in.

The location was perfect. Close to many casinos that we like, and everything else. The house was a great size and worked well for us. I wish we had a garage opener to use. It was just extra steps to get in. We did get to use the garage so that was nice. The tv takes a minute to get use to if that’s not your home set up. I loved the patio and pool. We really enjoyed our time there! This was probably one of my favorite places to stay!

As described, very clean in a nice area, everything is 20 min away, very accommodating, easy communication, house is beautiful.

Nice, quiet location away from the Strip, but close enough to have easy access. Great central location to do side trips to Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon and Mt. Charleston. Clean home, well stocked and LOVED having the pool. Very comfortable King bed.

I was blown away by all the extra amenities at the house. Snacks, coffee, shampoo, and more. We had more than we could’ve needed for a quick weekend. Thank you!

Property was clean and very nice. Convenient location and located in a nice and quiet area. The pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Host made check-in and check-out a breeze.

Everything was great

Great place just minutes away from the mainPlaces in Vegas. No where will you get a place with what it has for the price. We were in the masterBedroom and the bed was extremely comfortable. That’s not always true at Vrbo. I’m almost 60and need a good bed. Highly recommend. We do a lot of Vrbo places too.

Clean, inside has nice updates and they have thought of everything! This is our second year and will be back again!

The property was great for what we needed.

Great location! Home seemed larger than it looks in the pictures. Very clean and had everything you need. We would stay here again for sure.

Overall it was a comfortable stay and host was very quick with communication. First night was tough because of a very overpowering smell - we didn't realize there were strong air fresheners plugged in throughout the house. But once we unplugged them all and had a day or two to clear out - it was so much better. Loved the location and beds were comfortable.

The property is very clean, great location

House is fine, very well stocked - tons of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, appliances. Location is ok. Spa doesn't work which we knew about ahead of time, but is still a disappointment. Know that the cleaning crew uses products with a definite scent .. if you're sensitive to smells, it's annoying. Lots of towels and bath products. The beds are memory foam mattresses ... would love to know that ahead of time. My bad for not asking. Sign of the times of course, but more than $400/night for an average home in an ok neighborhood is a lot. On a positive note, the only requirement for leaving is to empty the trash and wash the dishes which is nice.

We wanted something away from the Vegas experience and we got it. The home/neighborhood was very nice and thoughtfully furnished. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive to our questions.

Host was incredible with communication. Beds were comfortable. Place was clean. Love the patio and pool. This host is awesome. I would recommend this place to family and friends. I will definitely be staying here in the future.
