This is the cutest coziest place in Maryville. Easy to get to and close to everything. Very clean and the beds were so comfy! The couch was amazing to watch some Saturday night football!!

Good location; lower economic neighborhood; never felt unsafe; was quiet and comfortable. Older home is updated except for electrical. Bring a zip strip if bringing electronics to charge.

We had a great experience here. The hosts had the house well prepared and clean. Checkin was super easy and quick. Really appreciate the TVs already being checked in to a couple of streaming services...the kids appreciated that! The house was well appointed and felt like a home. Thank you all!

This property was very clean and smelt great when we walked in. The beds are incredibly comfortable! (We slept like babies.) The location was ideal, with convenience stores and restaurants just a few minutes away.Definitely recommend!! A great value for the price!

Nice quaint home for small group while visiting Maryville College. Decent neighborhood. Close to town. Communication with owner was great...super responsive.

It was a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for our adult guests pf 3! We came into a clean, well lit home with light music playing (great touch)!! Everything was easy to find. The main bed was amazing!! As a 5’8” adult, there’s not too many times I can hop into a bed and feel like a princess!!! I didn’t want the leave the bed to attend the event we were in for!! The tv/movie options were great but I’ll be honest, we were not there long enough to scope out all the movies. I would definitely go back if we are in town again!

This little charmer is well appointed, cozy and comfy. The location is attractive as it’s close to restaurants, shopping, and Maryville College. We will definitely be back!
