Cozy Home in Kanab

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed for our stay was there and more. Great communication.

We absolutely loved staying it was cozy and my two kids loved it!

Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and comfortable, perfect location!! 10/10!

We loved staying at Papa Bearz Cottage. We used the black stone grill provided to cook on. The host answered any questions we had promptly. The kids loved playing basketball, the games, and seeing all the farm animals around. We were able to do laundry if needed, and cook our meals to save money. Good times were had and memories made!

Papa Bears cottage was the perfect vacation stay! The location is very convenient to Kanab, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, White Pocket, Alstrom Point, Smoky Mountain, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and many other cool places to visit. The cottage was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Thanks again!

Chelsea was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. We stayed here during our visit to Zion National Park and we loved this house because it was comfortable and stocked with supplies and things to do. It was a great place to hang out at night after days hiking in the park. I would definitely recommend!

perfect base camp for visiting all the area attractions

This VRBO was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The home was spotless and I loved the decorations! The bed's were comfy, very nice kitchen. It was great to have a full washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this VRBO!My favorite thing was Peekaboo Slot Canyon. Zion was also great.

Lovely place to stay and perfect for our family of 6. The layout of the home is great and the kitchen is on point for cooking for a family each evening. I highly recommend this retreat for your rest and recovery from your adventures of the day.

We only had the pleasure of staying in this cozy home in kanab overnight as a quick pit stop, but the house and property were extremely lovely!!!

Nice property, lots of space, excellently stocked- everything you would want in a “base camp” house in Kanab close to all the National Parks. Adorable house- we loved it! Amazing shower!

This property was everything we could ask for. Everything was clean and we appreciated having so many essentials supplied. The grill was a huge perk. We enjoyed cooking out and relaxing in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this property to family and friends.

We got in late and the kids were delighted with the cottage! They loved the rooms and the toys. The adults were comfortable. We all wished we were staying longer than one night

We spent our Christmas break here and had such a great time! There was so much to do. Zions and Bryce canyons were nice but our favorite spots were close to Kanab. The house was perfect for what we needed and even though it was December the weather was so nice. We roasted marshmallows one night and used the grill for our Christmas dinner. Internet was good and we could stream our shows. I brought many of our meals and was able to use the oven. Honestly it was great! The goat was quick to reply and willing to help if needed. We'd come again if the opportunity comes!

The location is good, it was very comfortable and clean. the check in and check out was very simple.

Chelsea’s place was an extremely clean and nice house located 2 minutes from downtown Kanab but in a quiet and scenic location. We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the area, and would highly recommend this place!

Loved the property. Had everything from a Blackstone, Fire pit, Patio Table and plenty of chairs outside. Inside so adorable and comfy, had everything. Loved the place and will definitely return.

Our host was great. The house was absolutely amazing. We sat on the front porch swing watching the sunset in the evenings. It is close enough to town but far enough away to be quiet. We will definitely stay there again if we return to this area.

We went to kanab for a football game and decided to make it a staycation. This home was way more then I expected, the location, the home, the manager all of it way beyond my expectations. I have a few friends that want to book the same place. 100% recommended and will book again in the future

We enjoed our stay tremendously! The contact with Chelsea via text was always very prompt, very friendly and helpful. Our kids (teenagers) especially loved their own rooms! The beds are comfortable, the appartment itself is super clean and very nicely decorated. It had everything: microwave, oven, washing machine, drier... Coming from Germany with limited packing space we were also very happy that we had towels, bedsheets and even some basic cooking supplies like spices and coffee powder. We have never had such a nice holiday home with that many nice amenities before! We also loved to sit on the porch, go and pet the horses in the paddock in front of the property and enjoyed the quietness and lovely view - when at the same time all the interesting locations like Bryce or Zion National Parks are just a drive away. Thanks for a very lovely stay!
