The beautiful holiday finca Sa Tanca Gran offers space for up to four guests. It is surrounded by fields in the rural lowlands in the beautiful south of Mallorca. Here you are all to yourself and yet shopping facilities and beautiful beaches are not far away. The well-kept minimalist design of the outdoor area invites you to linger for hours under the Mediterranean sun. The marvellous pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Right next to the house is a cosy, covered terrace where youcan enjoy your meals in the shade. On the opposite side of the pool there is a brick barbecue and another sun-protected outdoor dining area under a pergola. Depending on the wind direction, driving noises can be heard in the distance from the country house, but this also makes coastal destinations such as Cala D'Or or Portocolom easily accessible.



The ground-floor holiday home welcomes you with a bright, tastefully designed living area. Rustic elements have been combined with modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into a charming, open-plan living and dining room with a fireplace. The two double bedrooms are equipped with wall cupboards and can be conveniently darkened by roller shutters. Both the sleeping areas and the main living area are equipped with air conditioning. A modern bathroom with shower completes the room offer. The holiday home has stable internet and is also suitable for working from home. The holiday home is located in the south of Mallorca, 6.5 km northwest of Felanitx. Here you will find several supermarkets and shopping facilities. The nearest sandy beaches Cala Murada, Cala Tropicana and Cala Marçal are approx. 25 minutes away by car.



Air conditioning is included in the price in the living room from 12:00 to 22:00 and in the bedrooms from 22:00 to 06:00. Use outside these times will be charged in cash on site.
