Villa Dream House is the perfect place to relax after sunny days on the beaches around Cala Ratjada. Situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Sa Pedruscada, it offers a wide range of excursions.

Situated between neighbouring houses, the villa opens onto a small garden with a beautiful oval pool. In the shade of a roof, you can comfortably move the garden furniture close to the pool and keep an eye on the little ones while they swim. There is also a brick barbecuefor relaxed al fresco dining and a garden swing to enjoy while you wait for the fire to be lit. From the balcony terrace on the upper floor, you can catch a glimpse of the shimmering sea through the trees.

Inside, the villa offers an open, airy feel with highly polished floors and simple, calming furnishings. The spacious ground floor combines a rustic kitchen with long worktop, a living/dining area and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the master suite is a tranquil retreat with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite marble bathroom. The nearest beach is the beautiful Cala Son Moll - just leave the car at the villa. The Capdepera golf course is only 10 minutes away by car.
