Stayed Mar 8, 2025Great location! Great house! Great pool. Super friendly host. Perfect property for our group of four.The house was much larger than expected. The kitchen had all of the equipment we could ask for. Beds were comfortable, TV's were newer with Roku remotes, and the ceiling fans were a nice comfort touch.The back yard had nice shade spots but plenty of area to soak up sun as well. The pool was just the right size with comfortable lounging chairs. When we weren't at the beach or Times Square, we were in the back yard.The location is a short walk to anything we could have needed.......beach, restaurants, shopping, coffee, etc.Don't hesitate to book this rental, you won't regret it!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024We had a great stay! The house is super cute and has some nice “extras” stocked (trash bags, some TP, spices, etc.), as well as plenty of beach towels, blankets, pool toys, and a wagon. Kelly was wonderful and very responsive. Was a short walk to the beach and we loved having MoJoes at the end of the road for some coffee and breakfast.

Stayed Jan 24, 2024Just about everything one could expect or need was available. Eat off the floor clean, but bountiful sitting areas with table space that didn't require that. ;). All the amenities for grilling, cooking in, cleaning up, etc. A memorable experience.

Stayed Jul 10, 2022We haven’t even been home a day and my family has said that they already miss the beach. The location of this house is ideal. You are within walking distance to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and boutiques but most importantly, the beach. Kelly is so responsive and helpful. She has thought about every amenity possible. Including coffee, beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, coolers, sunscreen. This place was amazing. Our family came back with new memories that we will cherish a life time. We can’t wait for our next trip!
