Stayed Feb 16, 2023Older home, but well maintained. Location was ideal for events at Holt arena. Property manager responded quickly and was easy to contact. He was willing to give us a late checkout which was so helpful.

Stayed Feb 24, 2022The house was a perfect landing spot for our family while attending an event at the Holt Arena. Easily within walking distance of the Arena. The house has plenty of room for a larger sized group. The kitchen is lightly furnished for a large group, so you might want to bring some cooking supplies with you if you plan to cook for a large group.

Stayed Oct 21, 2021We had a great stay at this property. It’s walking distance to ISU which was great and close to downtown. We had kids and my parents and there was plenty of space. It was clean and minimalist and well-stocked. Easy to communicate with the host too.

Stayed Oct 11, 2021Great property, clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for the four guys on our crew. Only draw back was I didn’t realize one bed was a hide-a-bed. One of our guys wasn’t to happy but we made due. Overall a great experience.
