Somewhat disappointed!

Nice stay overall. Would have enjoyed more comfortable living room furniture. Place needs a little TLC but overall nice.

It was Nice

This was our second year renting this lil cozy place for Jeepin the Coast. Nice quiet area, and the property is nice and clean. Plenty of parking and real close to everything lol! We had a great time and look forward to coming back next year!

The house was clean and supplied to meet our needs. Had a great stay and would rent again.

We were in a nice location, easy access to places. It is a older home but nice, it could use a little maintenance and a little sprucing up but for the money and location it was nice.

The location of the beach house was great and in walking distance to the beach. The house was not cleaned as there were personal items left behind by the previous tenant. Didn' feel the kitchen was up to my standards so opted to buy paper plates, silverware and cups. The beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood was pleasant and quaint.

It was ok over all but certainly not what the pics showed on the VRBO app for the outside yard and deck areas. The deck furniture was old and rusted and the deck itself had small nails sticking up out of the railing. AAhCertainlgggranchildrentwosmalgrandchildren

The house was up excellent but they chould of had new towels the walk to be beach was everything and the casino walking difference

My wife and i enjoyed our stay at the beach house the house was very clean neighbors was very friendly the beach was right across the street but i rather spend my time at the house it was very relaxing

Nice quiet neighborhood considering the proximity to the port and beach however, it's also close proximity to a train tracks. It's a cozy place for a couple or 4 people. I love that it's an older house with a nice front porch and swing but the seller point for me was the back deck which we couldn't enjoy due to weather complications. I have to admit we were sceptical when we noticed the alarm system was not functioning and the doors were only secured with a deadbolt. The sheets had an awkward smell to them and there was an HVAC vent in bathroom instead of the standard vent fan. In retrospect this cottage was nice and would stay again if the alarm was fixed. On a side note, I emailed the property manager as per directions but was told the contact email was undeliverable. Not sure what happened with that but I couldn't notify property representative of the faulty alarm system.

This house is in need of maintenance! The shower head does not stay up. It's very difficult to take a shower. The sheets on the beds are 100% polyester. The listing lists a Keurig coffee maker, which was not in the unit. The owner tried to negotiate a 5 star review for the missing Keurig coffee pot. In addition, There is no parking place on the property that is accessible. To get to the backyard parking you must go around a block and enter through 3 feet of grass and several spiney bushes to enter. It's almost impossible to enter the yard if you have a midsized car or truck.

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to everything. Quiet street.

Had a wonderful time. The beach was close and shops.

Property was clean and cute but needs maintenance done. Air conditioner would not get house below 81 during the day and was very humid and muggy inside, Front door would not stay shut unless locked and back door was very hard to unlock and lock, back porch felt like it was going to fall in when walked on kitchen faucet handle was in bad shape

Was a great location, next to casino, food and the beach!
