Cozy Golf Course Townhouse On The Beautiful Dothan Country Club

Nice convenient Dothan location & good space for large family!

Had everything we needed, listing pictures accurate, check in process very easy, good communication from the owner. Could use new back porch chairs, but that was the only thing to update. We'd stay there again, thanks!

First let me say the host/ owner Brennon was extremely responsive regarding a few issues with our 5 day stay. Ease of keyless entry and check out was excellent. I was a bit surprised at some of the property issues once we arrived, however. The skylights were boarded up, the back patio has large sticks and nails due to roof repairs/replacement from a bad hail storm in Dothan the previous week. The outdoor furniture was in pretty bad repair as well. There was also a lot of dirt/ bugs inside most likely due to some additional repairs needed around doors and windows. Brennon acknowledged the issues and offered compensation for the clean up my husband and I did while on property. I have to say our stay was mostly quiet and picturesque right off the golf course, as We did meet the neighbors who were moving out early one morning, but they were really nice about the unexpected noise. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but hope the needed repairs are completed to make this a 5 star property.

This was a girls’ trip. We had a wonderful time. The property was as described, very clean, and an absolutely quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. The host was readily available to answer any questions we had.

The condo was super clean and well-supplied. Very comfortable for 5 adults. We encountered an issue with the thermostat and the owner was very responsive and got it fixed. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Dothan! We were in town for a wedding and were able to watch football on the small porch all day Saturday. The house was clean and had plenty of blankets and pillows. The host was super communicative and even let us in early which was so helpful!!

It was a really pleasant stay, we had our infant and it worked out well! The golf course was really pretty and overall just a nice weekend.

We stayed in this house for the golf tournament. Every room including the bathrooms were updated and clean. The beds were comfortable. The big brown sofa in the family room was comfortable. We could walk to the golf course from the back porch. We liked this house.
