Stayed May 11, 2023The house is located in a close proximity to campus which is as a plus as we were there for graduation. The property managers communication was wonderful. It was late when we arrived and the hot water was not working. I thought maybe I would not hear from him until morning but he promptly replied and told me to flip the fuse box which worked. Perfectly hot water that never ran out for each person that had to shower. The deck in the back is gorgeous and the gas grill is a plus. The house is decorated very nicely and the canera outside makes you feel safe walking up to the front door. Having a washer and dryer for a family really helped us a lot and detergent and dryer sheets were provided. I really appreciate the communication between myself and the manager and would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Hattiesburg.
