Stayed May 8, 2025Great home to stay in for Texas A&M graduation. We had everything we needed for our stay and the location was perfect. The flowers and snacks were very much appreciated . We look forward to staying here again next year!!!

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Celebrating our youngest turning 21 and receiving her Aggie ring. Wanted a nice home with backyard for festivities and this home hit it out of the ballpark, We had 4 adults and 1 child staying in home, but 30 guests, including several children for Celebration. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac, plenty of large trees for shade and backs up to a greenbelt. Plenty of space to set up tables and no ugly fence to look at. House has plenty of space. Super comfy beds. The hosts even had a cute WELCOME PKG on our arrival. Communication with hosts was phenomenal. Answered our requests promptly and fulfilled each one. It was the PERFECT home for us to CELEBRATE our daughter's achievements and made it feel like home (which for college kids is important).

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We had the best time! The house was perfect for our family and friends. It had everything we needed, and it was so easy to get back and forth to campus so that our little ones could rest during the day before the game. Great location and neighborhood; we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend, especially for families with children!

Stayed Nov 25, 2022The house was EXACTLY how it looks on the online posting. VERY short uber ride to campus. Plenty of space for air mattress if you need more beds...Will try to rent again next time i come to College Station. Highly recommend.

Stayed May 11, 2022Overall our stay was nice. It was evident that someone lives there with clothes and mattresses shoved in closets/drawers. Dirty sock left behind bedroom door. Flowers in a vase upon arrival are nice but not when they're dead! Appliances worked but oven obiviously needed to be cleaned as it was quite smokey when we used it. House is in a peaceful neighboorhood and overall served our purposes well.

Stayed Nov 19, 2021House was clean and the setting feels very secluded even though you are in a subdivision. Owners were very courteous and the home was clean. Only small thing I would note is there is only 1 TV in the house located in the master bedroom. We went out to watch a football game so it worked well for us. It was actually kind of nice not to have a TV on! We would stay here again.
