Cozy - FAMILY-FRIENDLY - Pool- all KING beds

This house was perfect for our family. We cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen and it was very kid friendly for our 14 month old grandson. We appreciated that we did not have to travel with a stroller, high chair, and crib because they were provided in the house. The backyard with the pool was well maintained and provided us with a great space to play as well as relax. Our host, Tiffany, also did an outstanding job of communicating from the time we booked through the end of our stay. We will definitely book again in the future.

The house was super clean and exactly as described—really cozy and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. The pool looked amazing and would’ve been perfect for relaxing, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate. Still, the overall experience was great and I’d definitely stay here again!

Older home probably built in 60s with renovations that were good but needs some newer furniture both inside and outside. Nicely decorated. I would give 7 out of 10 overall.

The house was very nice. Well stocked and plenty of room for us to spread out or be together. The house is very kid friendly with several toys and a high chair. Would book again!

This property is open concept and was perfect for our group! The king beds were comfortable and the backyard was our home away from home! Great location! Would stay again!!

This property is just as described online. It’s the perfect place for families with children. They have literally everything your kids need so you don’t have to bring it with you. The property was safe, very clean, well organized, well decorated and well stocked. It’s in a great location for activities all around Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale etc. Tiffany was a great communicator and quick to respond to questions. We were thrilled with our stay and hope to come back again in the future.

We spent 6 weeks in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it! Our hosts were amazing and provided us with everything we could ask for. Perfect setup for children and excellent space for multiple couples. The backyard is so beautiful with lovely LED lighting and firepit. The location is so close to everything and access to all major highways and the airport is great! We will be back in the future without a doubt. Thanks so much Tiffany and Maggie!

My family and I stayed here for three nights and we had a great stay. The house was very clean, centrally located, and perfect for larger families. My small children thoroughly enjoyed the kids' room and all the toys. The owner kept in constant communication with us and made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this gorgeous property!

This was a great house in a very central location. Terrific house for children. Everything for a child to play with. Beautiful back yard space and spacious rooms. We loved the house.
