Cozy Duplex in Historic Argenta!

Very nice place! Clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive.

Older home with nice updates inside and was pretty clean when we arrived. Seating area outside is cute. Located on a busy street so expect to hear traffic. Cute downtown area is close by and it’s very easy to get to interstate or the bridge to cross over, so location was perfect for us. Host was very responsive and gave some great restaurant suggestions ahead of our stay. Overall would stay again.

The property is in the heart of Argenta and within walking distance of great restaurants and some interesting shops. We felt very safe, and small backyard is ideal for taking a small dog outside.

This was the perfect place for my family to stop and rest between all of our scheduled activities around town. Perfect location. We needed a simple, clean, centrally located spot, and that's what we got. The host also worked with us when we asked to stay an additional night.

Nestled in the Historic Argenta area of N Little Rock is a quaint little place ready for relaxation! Very clean, comfortable, a few blocks away from a very charming downtown area with lots to offer. The neighborhood is full of adorable homes and friendly people. We truly enjoyed our stay and would return again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Bathroom was a little dirty and the bath soap was empty. Would suggest some throw blankets for couch area. Overall cozy house for our short stay!

I stayed at Britt's duplex to finish out my job after my house sold. It is super cute and very clean. I had a few issues during my stay (out of anyone's control) and Britt was quick-acting and very communicative to get them resolved. It is a great location in that you have quick access to the highway and can walk to the cute Argenta downtown to eat and for entertainment. There is street noise when you are in the house, but it is not offensive and is par if you want to be near a downtown area. It has a great yard area for small pets. Overall, it was a great stopping place!

This house is in my old neighborhood so I'm biased as to the location, but it _is_ a great neighborhood. Host was very communicative and helpful. Clean place, nice bed.

I was visiting my parents who live in Sherwood and other family in Little Rock so this location was perfect for me right in the middle. Plus close to the town with some great restaurant choices. The air conditioning was not working the first day but the communication and fast response time to fix was impressive. Would stay there again when I come to visit my family again.
