The main seating area is spacious and comfortable, with a sectional sofa designed to provide the best comfort while chatting or watching the Flat-screen TV. The First floor is equipped with 2 downstairs Bedrooms for those who do not want to take the stairs and a Kids Play room. There is a separate game room area with pool table, TV & foosball table.

Parking
Parking on driveway for 2 vehicles. No overnight street parking, or parking on the grass or over sidewalks. Violations subject to towing by resort. Excess vehicles must park at the golf course parking. Passes available at the following prices: Regular passenger vehicle: $10+tax/per day. Utility or oversized vehicles $20+tax/night. Passes are purchased at Golf Pro Shop open 7am-6pm. Phone: 863-424-7916 ext. 2. If parked there without a pass, your vehicle will be towed at your expense. Resort has strict rules on parking; however if you have valid parking passes for your stay for your 3rd vehicle you can always reach out to the Golf Pro shop number and they are very helpful in answering any questions related to parking.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this home is considered to be self catering. Our property management company provides a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 hand soap per bathroom. Our property management company does not provide detergent for the dishwasher, dish soap, or laundry detergent.

As a guest, if you are undecided on whether or not the pool and/or spa heating options are to be taken, we hope the following discussion gives you some direction. In addition, if you have other questions about the home, please let us know


Should I opt for pool heating
As a rule of thumb, we strongly encourage our Orlando Florida guests to opt for the pool heat option for the first and last four months of the year (i.e., Sept-Apr). If you are traveling in the months of September or April, you may want to consider the pool heat option by reviewing the weather as it gets closer to your arrival date. If you expect the ambient temperature to be in the 70s or below, we encourage you to opt-in for the pool and/or spa heat option. Also, a point to note is that the pool temperature is several degrees cooler than the air temperature. In addition, do consider the overnight low temperatures as that's when the pool gets really cold and the daytime temperatures may not be adequate to heat the water to keep it comfortable for you. To be able to enjoy your vacation rental, we encourage you to add the optional pool and/or spa heating based on the season.

Should I opt for spa heating $40 per night
When you rent a home that has a spa, the decision on whether or not you want the spa to be heated is pretty easy to make. Guests take the spa heating option irrelevant of the month they are traveling if they want to soak in the spa. This is a great way to de-stress yourself after a busy day at the Orlando area theme parks and water parks. The spa heats up to 101°F to 102°F.

Opt-in for the entire stay or not
If you decide to take the pool and/or spa heat option, one piece of advice we have for you is to have the heat option for the entire stay though it may sound like a marketing ploy for you. By opting for pool heating for your entire stay, you can enjoy the pool as and when you desire. Based on the external temperatures, Orlando area pools do take a while (1-2 days) to heat to desired temperatures. Due to this we do not offer the option to opt-in for the pool and or spa heating for a partial stay.

$40 per night will get you the heating option

PLEASE NOTE that the spa is not a hot tub which means it will take a lot longer to heat up and in the winter months may not reach desired temperatures.. The pool heaters will not heat the pool to ‘bath’ temperature. The heater will be in operation for 12 hours each day at the same time as the pool pump is running, they do not operate 24 hours per day. For this reason the pool will feel a little cooler first thing in the morning and will take some time to reach its maximum heat. When you arrive at your home the pool heater will already have been switched on for your arrival but the pool may take 24/48 hours to reach optimum temperature.

    My recent VRBO experience was nothing short of a disaster. Here’s why: Misleading Photos: The property looked beautiful online, but in reality, it was more like a rundown shack. The photos were either heavily edited or taken during a different era. Hygiene Horror: The cleanliness left much to be desired. Dust bunnies under the bed, a wet “stain” on a comforter that smelled, bugs all over the table setting, grass looked like it hadn’t seen a lawnmower in weeks. So many bugs in the pool. Ceiling falling apart and pieces falling on top of us playing pool. Nonexistent Amenities: The “fully stocked” kitchen had a single rusty pot and a spoon with half a handle, don’t plan on making any meals there. Owner MIA: When we reported these issues, the owner passed the buck to the property manager who was nowhere to be found. We left voicemails, but they remained elusive. We were there for 7 nights but left early due to no one responding to our calls and messages. When we told the owner we were leaving he actually responded and said have a safe trip. But all our other messages were not returned. Final Thoughts: If you enjoy disappointment and frustration, this VRBO is for you. Otherwise, steer clear! Remember, everyone’s experience varies, but I hope this review helps others avoid a similar nightmare. ?

    If you’re staying less than 7 days and tell the guard at the gate that they will deny you entry. The hoa will make the process of getting in a nightmare, they even threatened to call the cops on us if we go in. Just talk to the owner of the house so they can help you. The owner just told us to say that we're staying 7 nights so you’ll probably have to do the same otherwise they won't let you in, this isn’t really the fault of the owner of the house but they should put that info in the description of the house so people can be made aware of that. Other than that the house was great aside from the pool heat failing on us but they tried to make it right by allowing an extended check-out time.

    Our stay her was from the 24th of May until the 30. When we first arrived at the property we was told to wait at the security gate while trying to reach the HOA. We found out that the owners are renting the house for less days than what is allowed and we had to wait for 40 mins while the HOA and security tried to figure out if our stay was going to be honored as if it was our fault. after being let into the property my wife inspected the house to find that the bathrooms was not properly cleaned. There was piles of dead ants in the bath tubs, floors and on the counters in bathrooms. We paid for the spa for the days we was there only for it not to work. We reached out to the owners to inform them of this and was told it would be fixed. The spa didn't get fixed until our last night in the house. While the house was nice the total experience was a major disappointment and was the first one of the 4 yrs my family and I have been staying in resorts. This was our first time staying in the Providence one due to last minute planning and we definitely won't be back to it. We will stick with 4 corners and Sol terra for now on.

    Our thanks go to Vishal for having us at this great house in the Davenport area of central Florida. The house was clean and spacious. The gated community was well run and safe. There is a community pool area with splash pad and play area for young children. The backyard pool was fabulous as well. Best holiday ever...according to my family.

    Vishal was always available. Home was set up well Very clean. Maybe a bit tired. Home pool was always clean and great. Unfortunately the spark controls didn’t work but they were being fixed. Dishwasher was also being fixed but that wasn’t a problem. Property was great. Vishal was great always answering our texts. The set up was wonderful for our family and the proximity to attractions was also wonderful. They love the community centre and the larger pool but the large slide was under construction so that was a downer not under vishal’s control.

    Our group of 10 had an enjoyable stay at this property for a wedding close by. Enough room for everyone. Made due with what was provided in kitchen ( pots/pans/cook ware) no issues there. Outside of the spa/hot tub not really heating up, we would recommend this rental to the next person. Thank you

    Not enough towels and no wash clothes were made available. I have never stayed at a property that didin't provide toilet paper, they should advise this up front. We paid for a heated pool but it was too cold to swim after waiting all day. All the mattresses in the house squeek terribly when you sit on them. I did like the layout of the house and number of rooms available.. There was no live TV available so we couldn't get news during our stay.
