Stayed Aug 14, 2025We had a nice stay while visiting our son. The beds were comfy and the host provided plenty of towels, soap and TP. The road was a little busier than we expected but didn’t notice the noise very often. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023Interior is very nice. Beds are comfortable, water pressure good and kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Location was close to our son and we were able to walk to grocery store and drive to Walmart. We hiked in nearby Boulder and went to downtown Denver to eat and catch a Rockies game. About 90min drive to Rocky Mountain Marional park was well worth it. Only issues we had were no tv service - only a few streaming services; shared home with other occupant kinda got a bit loud but that was not owners fault. Otherwise, great place and we will look here first next time we visit our son.
