Stayed Mar 19, 2025The property is as listed. It's very cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and very comfortable for our party of 6 adults and one teen. Home felt spacious for all of us. Enjoyed the basement TV/area and fully stocked home. Host is responsive and helpful - making it a favorite place for us to stay when visiting Denver.helpful. MHigh recommended.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024The house was very clean and organized and perfect for our group of eight for the weekend. It was a short drive for us to visit Golden, Denver, and Boulder, and also had all the amenities to hang out in the house like a grill, firepit, and two large TVs for football. Amazing stay for the price and the host was very quick to answer any questions we had!
