Cozy country setting 10 minutes from downtown South Haven

Quiet and Cozy! We enjoyed our country stay just outside South Haven. The neighbors (deer, turkey, ground hogs) were real friendly and the stars were a welcome sight, coming from the big city. We will most certainly be coming back!

The property's condition was just as described on the website. The location is great — very convenient for getting in and out of South Haven. We especially loved the entertainment options in the basement, including the pool table, video games, and darts. The only issue was the washing machine, which made a loud noise when running.

This place was perfect for us! Every couple had their own room, the backyard was perfect for hanging out and plenty of space for the kids to play. The kids enjoyed the playset and we enjoyed the firepit. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was that the floors were pretty dirty when we got there. Our feet were black after walking around barefoot for a short period of time.

We were in South haven for our wedding with our five kids and two of their boyfriends. The house nicely accommodated all of us. It was close to town and close to the other surrounding towns. It was nice to be in the country to have some peace and quiet. Owners were very attentive, and we had a very nice stay.

We had a great time at this Vrbo, with 5 bedrooms - 4, appropriate for adults, 1 best for kids. We were able to host the larger family on the back patio, on the 2 picnic tables and a plastic folding table provided by our host. Our host was very responsive, and helpful. Location is convenient, and one of few handicapped accessible places in the area. (You can't roll a wheelchair or walker into the shower, but can step in over a several-inch curb.)

The house was great—close to town, beaches, wineries, restaurants, but set in the country. We enjoyed beautiful summer skies around the fire pit at night. Owner was responsive and helpful!

This house was great for our family. My husband and I brought our 2 grown sons and their wives and our 2 grandchildren who were under 2 years old. The house has had a complete renovation so all of the amenities are nice and new. We had everything we needed. It had some nice extra touches like the heated floor in the master bedroom, cool lighted mirrors in the bathrooms and more. The front porch is a wonderful place to sit and relax, even during a nice rain! The back has a huge patio and a new grill that was great for cooking. Its location was nice. It has a beautiful country feel, and it was only about 5 minutes to get to North Beach. It’s about a mile from the lakefront if go to the Casco Preserve and take a very short walk to see the lake. It is a great spot for sunset viewing. You can’t get to the water in that location but it is a nice view. It was north of South Haven which made for a quick trip to Saugatuck that was a fun place to explore. There are also 2 wineries within a couple miles of the house that were fun to go to in the afternoon. The owner couldn’t have been any nicer. He lives close and was available if we had any issues. He wanted to be sure we had a great vacation. Our family would certainly consider staying in this place the next time we headed to South Haven. We will always have great memories of this home!
