Cozy cottage located in the heart of the Mayport fishing village. Pool & Patio!

The cottage was the perfect for our needs. We found it very clean and comfortable. It’s easy to get to and is in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the St John’s Ferry and not far from restaurants.

My pets are small so the front fencing had places thay could get out ,but we definitely hadour long leshes to hook them up with but nice yard for t hem to poody in .

Host was very accommodating and always willing to answer any questions we had. House was clean and cozy. Overall peaceful stay for our family of five.

The location of this property is great. It's right by the river. We were using the time here as an escape/relax time and we're successful. I want to say the pool was great but I can't give my opinion as the weather wasn't cooperative. However, my daughter, who has no cares about outside temps or wind or cloud cover, thought it was GREAT. There were plenty of towels. The house was immaculate. 10/10, would definitely look for this location again if traveling to the area.

Everything was just as you would want it and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great location.

This was our 2nd year booking this cozy cottage for the 4th of July and honestly won’t be our last. It’s cozy and quiet (the base helicopter traffic doesn’t bother us) and has great walkable area for exploring and getting your dogs some exercise! The new coffee shop a street over is top tier!!! We love the pool area at the house and our only recommendation is for a patio cover. This property stays in the sun all day and a cover would really help elevate the space and make the patio more usable. Right now you burn your feet off if you don’t spray it down often that’s the only way we could let our dogs out was to spray it so they didn’t burn their paw pads. This obviously didn’t prevent us from returning because so many other positives, but it would be nice! The house is clean and beds are comfortable! Very safe neighborhood and mostly friendly neighbors! Safe harbor and singletons are an absolute must! Food is spectacular! Also fun to watch the cruise ships coming in and out from the little jetties!

The house is adorable and exactly as shown in the pictures. Deck and pool right off the back of the house was great. My only suggestion would be to add some sort of shading for the deck and pool. You can hear and see the helicopters, but wasn’t an issue for us. 20 minutes to Atlantic Beach was an easy drive with minimal traffic. New coffee shop within walking distance (Coconuts & Sundries) was so sweet. Ferry is within walking distance as well. Samantha was a fantastic host!

House was great for our family. We enjoyed the pool and walked to the seafood restaurant for dinner. The area is quiet but close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time staying here! Such a perfect location! Close enough to the beach and shopping but still cozy and quiet. The house is beautiful and we loved having a pool as a bonus! Communication with the host was asking! Will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Super close to everything, the check in process was easy and communication with the property manager was great. The only thing we would change about this property is that none of the bedrooms have a tv in them. The only tv is in the living room. But other than that everything was 10/10. We will definitely come back.

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The host had great communication. The house is located at a dead end street. Which was because you don’t have much traffic other than the neighbors. We even met some of them and they all were very friendly. The house is equipped with all the necessities you need. The espresso maker was an added bonus. Although, every morning we really enjoyed walking just 1 block away to the cutest coffee shop called Coconut Key Coffee & sundries. It’s a must stop! We found ourselves walking down the street to Singletons seafood shack for dinner almost every night! The pool was the best part!! The pool guy was super friendly and filled us in on where to go for some local spots. Lastly, being so close to the Navy base was really cool to watch the helicopters fly throughout the day! We’re already looking forward to our trip next year and differently hoping to rent this cute bungalow again!

Samantha was beyond accommodating, we were there for a funeral service and did everything she could to make our time there less stressful. We will definitely go through her anytime we are in Mayport.

Beautifully maintained home. My husband loved the large tv to watch football and the cappuccino machine was a bonus! Home was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area.

Cute house, nicely decorated and comfortable. Very nice bedding and towels. Bonus was the espresso machine. Pool was fun and the neighbor hood was quiet (with the exception of the helicopters from the base but we already expected that and it’s mentioned in the description). Improvements could be lawncare and maybe a pool vac. The dryer was broken while we were there but surely it will be replaced for the next guest. We would stay again.

Property was as advertised and didn’t disappoint! Loved the peacefulness of the area. The only real noise you hear is the helicopter traffic from the base. Pool was refreshing and loved how much sun the pool gets! Keeps it nice and warm! The deck gets SUPER hot so make sure you bring pool shoes coming in and out of the house and wet the deck if you have pets to cool it off. The Florida sun! A deck cover would be a huge bonus for the future. Safe Harbor and Singletons both are beyond good food and walking distance. House was nice and clean and smelled amazing. The detergent used on linens is a nice touch! Felt very upscale and personal. Had to go and buy some to take home! Neighborhood leaves a tiny little bit to be desired, you have to drive by a few questionable properties to get to the end of the street but it’s totally worth it. We came with dogs and walked everyday and felt safe *some* of the neighbors were very friendly. We definitely plan to return! Host was communicative and helpful as was her husband who had to come to tend to a few things the day we checked in. He was friendly and helpful! Espresso machine and huge Tv are definitely good perks!
