Cozy place close to downtown Leitchfield

It was a nice place, whatever who had the Cleaning need to do a whole lot better job lot of spiderwebs bug in the windowsill

This 2 bedroom home was just as stated. It was cozy and relaxing. The house was very clean with nice size bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was a nice size with great water pressure for showering. And the washer and dryer was a great addition.This house was nestled in a quite neighborhood with a concrete driveway with the perfect place to sit and enjoy the outside.It was a perfect house to stay for us to visit my Aunt who is at the Grayson nursing home located within a few miles. The location is within minutes of dining out places and a Walmart and shopping centers within a 10 minute drive.Thank you for a a nice and comfortable place to stay, especially after our 11 to 12 hour drive from my WV home. Very much appreciated and look forward to booking here again for our next visit.

Cute house, clean as a pin! Someone prepared this house with lots of love. Has everything you need and was very comfortable. I made the mistake of locking the knob when we left for dinner - DON'T DO THIS - and we were locked out. Cortney stopped by on her way from work and unlocked it. She was very nice (forgiving) and friendly. Quiet neighborhood, not hard to find with a GPS and easy to get back to. We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. I did suggest a handicap rail in the bathtub for us seniors, but everything else was great. I will get this house again if I am back in this area.

Had a nice stay...was more on the go due to coming to watch my 4yr grandson ride his lil motorcycle at southfork motoplex.. but weather was somewhat a damper.. enjoyed family

This cottage contained the bare basics. It was clean and spacious. Bring essentials such as toiletries and coffee or tea.

A siblings and I were in town for my dad's funeral and rented this small little house. It was perfect very quiet neighborhood very clean. The host responded to our text immediately. Great communication. I'm not sure if this is a new place or if they just keep it cleaned out but they don't have a lot of kitchen things like a corkscrew scissors like little things that people leave behind the most places just leave there. They had dishes and pots and pans we did not cook while we were there but if you are intended to make sure that you bring what you need. We were very happy with our choice. Very close to town if you choose to go out to a restaurant and they even have bars in Litchfield now which they never did before when I visited. Anyways overall it was awesome

The home was spotless as far as cleanliness goes. Only issue was the tv in the bedroom had no outlet to plug into so it was unusable. The kitchen needed some items such as a larger frying pan and cutting knives. It wasnt as well equipped as im used to. My son lives nearby so i was able to borrow some things from him. It was a very comfortable home and in a quiet neighborhood. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay, we found this location exactly as advertised, very neat and clean, the owner quickly answered our questions, we love the large TV in the living area, nice quiet area too! We would definitely stay here again!
