Just a three minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk to downtown Bridge St, local restaurants and bars, and directly across the street from a pickleball court. Free trolley transportation up and down the island with frequent service. Property has a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and there is a Queen-size pullout sofa. Ample parking. It is also located neck door to our other 1 bedroom cottage (4914483) for those who wish for multi-family bookings.

Fifty dollar per night discount factored in due to ongoing county construction. We love to share this beautiful part of Florida with our guests and aim to make each stay an enjoyable one.
