Our stay was wonderful! M’Lynn is an amazing and accommodating host who communicated and gave us all the information we needed. The house was clean and cozy with tons of extras and very close to Texas A&M. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Absolutely perfect space to spend the Thanksgiving wee with our family! Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of paper products, super conveniently located, and great back patio to hang out on. Will definitely try to book again when we return to the area.C

The house was cute and perfect for our short stay to attend a football game. The kitchen is well equipped including salt and pepper. Also provided keurig cups for coffee. The bathrooms also had small bottles shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Host had a supply closet with extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, first aid kit and fans. There’s a nice cornhole set in the garage for family fun! Would stay here again!

This great house could not have been more perfect for our stay! We would stay there again in a heartbeat! The location for us was exactly what we needed being right between main campus and Rellis campus and it is beautiful decorated!

Everything about this rental was fantastic! We wanted a home away from home feel for our stay in Bryan for a cattle show and this rental was exactly what we wanted. The location for us was great because it was close to the Expo center and restaurants and grocery stores were not far at all. Excellent communication from our host M’Lynn. She was quick to communicate back with questions I had and check-in and check-out was easy. The home was very clean and very comfortable. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels and extra blankets and the kitchen was very well equipped with what we needed. The rental listing was 100% accurate. We had a wonderful time in this rental and highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay for my son's graduation from A&M. Location is nice - not too far from campus and away from the business and traffic of a busy weekend. Plenty of room for the family and to have a little celebration after graduation. Water was turned off for a little bit when we arrived due to some work being done on the streets (no fault of the owner) and she was kind enough to bring us some bottled water.

Great place! Quiet neighborhood. Great floor plan for groups and cooking. Even a high chair for the baby who visited!

M’Lynn is an awesome host and adaptable to our needs. Great home, especially for getting together with a group of people. Well set up for cooking and fun. Small but nicely shaded fenced back patio and yard. Hope to stay here again.

We stayed at this property for my son's ring dunk and it was absolutely perfect! It was nice being out of the congestion of College Station, yet it was only a 15 minute drive max to campus. The house is brand new and therefore everything was pristine. Beautifully decorated with a cute back porch, it had everything we needed and more. It was evident that the owners took great care in the details with the best coffee selection I've ever seen at a rental property. The garage was available to us and easily fit 2 midsized SUVs. Roku TVs in every room and super comfy beds. We will definitely stay here again.

This home was beautiful and so roomy for our family and friends to stay with our cadets for fall break. The host was very sweet and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much!! And our cadets loved their time away and getting caught up on laundry

We have loved staying at this house when we come in for events at the Brazos County expo center. We always feel right at home.
