From the fireplace built with polished river rock picked right out of Cascade Creek, to the stylish curved entry wall, and large windows perfectly framing the expansive mountain views, you'll find yourself immediately relaxed and in vacation mode!

Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop and a ski shuttle to Purgatory.

Experience reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict one strike policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.

Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.

Please note that trailer parking is not permitted anywhere within Cascade Village.

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.

Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

    The Perfect size for our Off roading family. The Condo has always been very clean, It is a nice feeling that puts my mind to ease knowing that our place to stay will be ready for us when we arrive. The area is clean and quiet.     The place was so beautiful! Very clean and bigger in person than in the pictures. Gorgeous views of the mountain and so close to purgatory. On site pool and hot tub with a huge game room was a fun bonus!

    We loved our stay. The pictures of this home don’t do it justice. It’s so much better in person. Spacious, clean, comfortable and so close to Purg! Having the shuttle was such a treat. Will be back ☺️
