Cozy Coastal Cottage

Bedroom with double bed was a cramped. Disappointed no walk in shower but that was my fault for not asking; I have a hard time getting in & out of bathtub because of my knees. The unit was clean, the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a resort or vrbo. It was very nicely decorated & I appreciated the positive saying she had in wall decoration.

The hospitality and accommodations were phenomenal. When I return for another vacation, I will definitely try to get the same place!! It was very peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made to book there!

We stayed for 8 days and couldn't be happier. The pictures do not do it justice. It is a really nice place and great value. Adorable cottage, really clean, beautifully landscaped, private property. I cooked meals for my Coastal Carolina student, played games outside on the picnic table and it generally felt like a home away from home. Plus, it was a 5 minute drive to Coastal! Darrell and Angie were attentive hosts and while we didn't need anything, they were available if we did. We plan on staying here when we come back.

This truly was a hidden gem. First, I have to say both of the hosts were lovely. Email communication with Angie was always answered promptly. We were delayed by bad weather and Darrell was nice enough to leave the lights on prior to our arrival. Having stayed in a multitude of VRBO’s over the years I can honestly say this was the cleanest one I’ve stayed in to date. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure. There was ample offstreet parking, which was greatly appreciated. Outside there was a large picnic table along with a manicured lawn and beautiful flowers. Most importantly, we were only a few miles from my son’s college campus, which was extremely convenient. I can’t wait to stay here again.!!

Surprising little getaway cottage!!! It was perfect for our family of 4 for a long weekend while attending a baseball camp at CCU. Close to campus and just a short drive to the beach and all other local attractions and restaurants. It was exactly as described and super clean! Would definitely stay here again!!

The home was clean and well-decorated, my favorite amenity was the AC since I like it cold, and the parking was good because our vehicle was hidden from the main road. Darrel was polite and to-the-point, and I don’t have any complaints about our stay at all.

Enjoyed my stay in the coastal cottage. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Great location if you are visiting the college. I had no issues. Will definitely recommend.

Everything about this place was just as it should have been. (We prefer a firm mattress, and the big bed was soft, but some like them that way!) The neighborhood doesn’t do justice to this little slice of goodness tucked inside. Maybe this example will make the rest perk up a bit. Thanks for letting us use your wonderful little place.

We had a great stay for orientation at Coastal Carolina. It was near the campus and had so many touches of CCU merch. It was a great stay.

The location was convenient for our purposes. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, loved the positive sayings on the walls, and other decor. The hosts were very nice, and loved the flowers in their yard.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. We were down visiting my grandaughter that goes to CCU. This place had everything we needed and it was clean. Decorated so cute live the lemmons. Darrell was available for anything we needed and was very friendly. There cozy cottage is just that, cozy. I would stay there again if we are in the area. Five ?

My oldest son and I traveled to SC for a few days and wanted to stay somewhere close enough to attractiins, but not in the heart of them. This was a cozy, clean, well taken care of little piece of heaven tucked away. The owners are friendly and attentive if needed. Would recommend a stay here.
