The hosts were very easy to contact and the amenities were in Great Condition! We enjoyed the comfortablility of the home.

Easy in and easy out to downtown. The house was very updated and clean inside. I highly recommend if you're in Indy for any event.

My husband, mother in law, and three boys (ages 10, 8, and 3) were driving to Kentucky for a baseball tournament and decided to stop on the way to go to the children’s museum for the day and spend the night. The kids loved the house and the games and puzzles in the living room- it was also beautifully decorated! I really liked the decor and how the house was furnished. It was close enough to walk to the museum, which was perfect, but I don’t know how great the area was. It was fine for us and it seemed quiet, so no issues. The floor was very creaky, as others have mentioned, since it’s an older home, but I brought a sound machine for our toddler and he didn’t seem to hear anything. Only other suggestion was curtains in all of the bedrooms as it was bright in the morning. Otherwise it was the perfect one night stay for the museum and it was nice to have parking!

Such an adorable duplex with everything we needed, plenty of space and close to some fun restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed checking out The Garage for one of our dinners and Pins for some duck bowling, ping pong, pinball and fuse ball! An easy 30 minute drive north to Grand Park for my daughter’s soccer tournament along a gorgeous road of unique and beautiful mansions! We also loved getting breakfast/baked goods at Leviathan Bakehouse. Would stay again!

This house was perfect for hosting our friend group in Indy for the weekend! Perfect location to downtown and several other attractions. The host was quick to respond with questions. Definitely recommend!

The property was very nice and well taken care of. It was also conveniently located to many restaurants and attractions. However, the floors were kind of loud which made it difficult to put our toddler down for her nap/bedtime.

We came to Indy to take our children to the museum. This house was the perfect place to stay! It matches the description and the owners have thought of all the small details. Our kids enjoyed the board games. It was nice to have on-site parking that was included with the rental. We had a great time. Was close to the children's museum which we visited while in town. There is a food mart on the corner that had some great food. The duplex was very clean and inviting. There are 3 bedrooms and was plenty of space for our family. They even had board games available which was a mice tough, We had fun playing some of them. There is parking for one vehicle behind the house and street parking also. The host was very informative and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this charming house while visiting the Indianapolis Children’s Museum, which was just a quick 4-minute drive away. The house itself had such a unique character—its age added charm, but it’s been beautifully updated with modern touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The space was impeccably clean, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Additionally, it was so convenient being close to a Kroger, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, this place was the perfect home base for our weekend trip, and we would definitely stay again!
