Cozy & Clean Home 2 blocks to Downtown, 3.5 mi. to base of Schweitzer!

Nice location and clean house. Each walk to town with many choices of restaurants. I would recommend this house.

This was a very clean house and in a great location that makes walking to nearby restaurants very easy. The queen bed is very soft so if you like a firm mattress this may not be a good fit for you (this is totally a personal preference thing, but it was way too soft for us). The house was stocked with all the basic things you would need which was very nice.

This home is very welcoming and has a great location. We felt like we were at home while we stayed there. It is wonderful!

The backyard was great for my dog. The location made it easy to walk downtown. House worked to have family meals and visit.

Enjoyed my time in the area. Hit Sweitzer for some hiking, hit the lake for a fishing trip and then the town. Only recommendation would be to get some new pillows.

The location of this house is ideal. You can walk to the lake, but it is far enough away that you don’t feel like you are downtown. All the neighbors were quiet and super nice.

Check in process was just opening the door ha but we really enjoyed being like 500 feet from all the best restaurants and shops in downtown sandpoint! Truly the best part. We also indulged in the fire pit and covered porch. Would recommend!

The home was nice, very cute. The fireplace was great. The backyard fire pit had no wood and/or chairs around it. I also would have liked to have some foil or something for leftover foods. Check in and out was very easy.

We really enjoyed staying at this cozy, comfortable house. It was clean and had all the amenities. The location was great - easy walk to town and short drive to Schweitzer. The owner was very responsive.

The house is in an excellent location to downtown, just a very short walk to the main street. The house is well-equipped with everything one could need, and the instructions were clear and reasonable. This is my second stay at this location and I would happily stay there again.

This lovely little house exceeded our expectaions in both comfortability and location. We visited Schweitzer, the City Beach and downtown for dinner and all were easily within walking or a short drive. The house was clean and comfortable and spacious living quarters helped us enjoy our time together as a family.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our needs. We are a fam of 4 (2 teens). It is situated right next to town, so walking access to restaurants and shops. Wood burning gas stove was extremely helpful for drying out wet gear and clothing from skiing and for the vibe it sets in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean overall.

Great location, walking distance to breweries, restaurants, cafes, farmers market, pathways, and city beach. We had a fun time biking around as a family exploring.

Stayed 10 nights for the Festival . Perfect location to walk to venue or walk downtown . Only got in my car to drive up to Schweitzer and out to hope for an outing. House was immaculate and cozy . The back covered porch was the best and we were out there a lot . Will return next year if available .

A wonderful house set in a nice neighborhood. The house was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bikes provided were an added bonus. We were able to bike to dinner and along a path around the lake. The fire pit in the back yard was a great way to end the night. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a family stay.

This house was very comfortable, well equipped and in a great location, with easy walking to coffee, restaurants and downtown. Fenced backyard was perfect for our pups as we enjoyed the patio, and the cruiser bike with the baskets was perfect for a trip to the grocery store and bakery. Very nice, relaxing stay!

We came over for a quick weekend stay and just loved the place. It is impeccably clean, well appointed and within walking distance of great little places - coffee shops, new pizza joint, brewery, it's just great. Hosts were very responsive and we would love to stay here again.
