Instructions for the dryer would have been helpful. Also suggest you list as amenities the hair dryer and iron and ironing board. Neighborhood very nice. Enjoyed the backyard a lot.

Loved the location, charm and cleanliness of this home. We'll be back next time we're in Loveland.

The house was comfortable and much of it is updated. We appreciated that it had a fully stocked kitchen (utensils/pots/pans,dishware, etc.). The bathrooms were equipped with shampoo, conditioner body soap.The issues that we had were immediately addressed with the property manager/owner... as follows:-Very strong musty smell throughout the house-Younger son immediately had allergic reaction and we had to give him Benadryl for our stay to keep him comfortable. -Quite a bit of dust in the home... such as underneath the beds, on tops of some surfaces, etc. This seems to be overlooked by their cleaning crew.-There were quite a few spiders inside of the house... including a large black widow in the bathroom. This was concerning and sort of put a damper on our stay knowing that we were sleeping amongst the spiders we didn't see and kill.-Dog poop in the backyard that didn't get picked up.After providing my immediate concerns, I got a very dry response from Stacy saying Hello Gary, Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback, we will share with our team. Thank you! This left me feeling like she really didn't care about the issues nor did she want to make any effort to try to make anything right. We are absolutely not high maintenance guests but simply expect for the hosts (PM/owners) to acknowledge and perhaps try to make an effort to make it right. Anyway, outside of those issues, the house is nice and has potential to be great. Gary

Fine property, good location

This house is central to downtown Loveland on a corner lot. The construction of the house is very well done with two bathrooms and all bedrooms on the neighbor side of the house rather than the street side. There are railroad tracks nearby but I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the train was when it went by (it didn't go by our first two nights and I hardly noticed it when it did on day 3). I chose the house because it had wood/vinyl flooring and white bedding. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was well appointed with nice appliances, cutlery, cookware and dishware. The backyard is super cute too - a huge plus as it snowed one morning we were there and my kids could run around and throw snowballs back there. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a family-friendly home base in Loveland.

My family booked this property to stay in while my mom had surgery at UC Health. The home was beautifully updated, large kitchen open to living room area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bathrooms were updated, one with a walk in shower with grab bars, the other with a bathtub/shower combo. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were provided along with a hair dryer in each bathroom. Free WiFi and a Roku TV. The couch made into a queen size bed, front bedroom had a twin bed with a twin trundle, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, the other with a queen size bed and large walk in closet. The rooms had a counter top area that could be used as a desk or place to set items. Extra pillows were provided with varying degrees of firmness, along with extra sheets and blankets. Overall, a beautiful property. Management was quick to address and correct any problems. The only negatives I can report are steep, narrow concrete steps to the front door, although there were handrails on each side that were very sturdy. The only parking was on the street, but it was not a busy street, so there were really no issues. The couch was very comfort to sleep on, but the bed in the second room was just a mattress on a metal, foldable base, kind of like a cot - not sure how to describe it. The front bar actually broke the first night we were there causing the front corner of the bed to collapse. Management was quick to send someone over the next day to fix it. Would definitely stay again

It was very cute, clean and excellent location! Walking distance to restaurants, breweries etc. very well appointed with kitchenwares etc. There is a train fairly close but thoughtfully supplied earplugs in each room. The main bedroom had a comfortable bed but having two adults in each room may be less comfortable, kids would be OK.

Cozy and convenient! This home had all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay home away from home vacation. Conveniently located, and everything in proper working order. Easy communication with property manager as well.

This house was very nice. The living kitchen space was large and the bedrooms were spacious.

The check-in and check-out process was seemless. The kitchen and rooms worked great for our mixed family of 2 couples and their mom.

Traveled to Colorado to link back up with some of my brothers I served with in Afghanistan. Would recommend!

This property was amazing! The backyard is huge, the bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Stacey and the team are very responsive and the house was very clean. I would 10/10 recommend.

This property worked well for our group! The location was perfect for our trip into RMNP for hiking and taking in the beauty of the mountains.

Worked well and cheaper than two hotel rooms.
