Stayed Sep 12, 2025Nice house and walkable/bikeable area made for a nice stay. Drove Thompson Canyon to RMNP on Saturday, explored Devil’s Backbone on Sunday and rode the Loveland Rec Trail on Monday.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025The property is a nice, clean new build in a good neighborhood. We were looking for something close to a little bit of everything as we were there for a softball tournament and daytime adventures. You could reach any surrounding city in 15 - 20 minutes and 20 - 30 minutes from some great hikes. Colby was great at communicating with us and responding very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Had a great little vacation.
