Everything was great. Excellent location. Lots of sleeping spaces.

The property was as advertised and had everything you would need. The host Rick was available and responsive to any questions. It is in a perfect location with fast, easy access to all the important amenities and areas of interest.

Great house, 8 minutes to North Conway and Cranmore.

Location is great and listing is accurate. The host has lots of thoughtful touches from tubes for the river to a Wii Nintendo game for the kids. Wonderful that it’s pet friendly and sleeping arrangements are very family friendly. Unfortunately the cleanliness and maintenance is majorly lacking for this older home. Upon entering the house there’s a strong moldy, musty damp odor. There’s a very old dehumidifier, occasionally it would rumble awake but for the most part was not running and no apparent tank to empty? There are several cans of Fevreeze which helped mask it temporarily. We moved one of the beds against the wall for my toddler to sleep to prevent him from rolling out and there’s visible mold on the walls and a smear of blood (see photo below). Upstairs the carpet smells strongly of pet urine. We did not contact the host for anything because we simply used it as a place to sleep and there wasn’t much they could’ve done to remedy these issues while we were there. There was also several huge wolf spiders outside in the eaves (and a couple inside). This old home needs some loving TLC and maintenance. The subfloor boards are rotting underneath as you can feel soft parts of the floor as you walk. I felt the need to mention these things in honestly because if you have Asthma the smells would be problematic. If these things don’t bother you then it’s a great accommodation for a family with pets looking to be close to the river.

Great location! Rick was awesome responding to issues right away. Indoor spaces clean and cozy. Outdoor deck space and stairs dirty with peeling paint , also furniture on bottom deck molded. All in all a good trip!

Everything about this stay was perfect, from location to comforts. I'm really glad we chose this house for our large family.

Perfect place for large families, good location for everything offered in the area (Diana’s baths is a fun thing to go to). Rick was a great communicator, gave clear instructions and always messaged back quickly.

It was a great central location for winter adventures, specifically ice climbing, skiing, and hiking. Comfy, reclining couch for unwinding at the end of the day, plus a tv in every bedroom. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cooking pans, etc. Board/card games and books galore for rainy days - even found duplos for my toddler.

This house was just as described and quite comfortable. Three bedrooms on the main floor, kitchen and living room and fourth bedroom on second floor. Communication with Rick was easy, and he was very obliging. I would recommend this house to future renters. We had a great time.

The house was on a quiet country road right next to the Saco river we went to Maine and Vermont each less than two hours drive but just relaxing on the deck was perfect! The host was very communicative and thankfully gave the last step directions since our GPS got us lost the foliage was amazing!!

We enjoyed staying in this home and in this location. Being across from the river was amazing and it had the feeling of being secluded without being far from things we wanted and needed access to. We also loved eating at Mae's!

This was the perfect house for our party of 7. We visited Story Land which was no more than 10 minutes away. We did go swimming in the river across the street. It was chilly but very refreshing after our day in the park.

This home was perfect, and more than enough for our family of 5. It was quiet, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stary The location was amazing, you can hear the river from the house, which made for the most tranquil cup coffee on one of the 2 decks in the morning We had so much fun at the river swimming and relaxing and we're pleased they had floaties to borrow as we didn't being any! We enjoyed local food, tons to choose from with on 20 minute drive We spent a day at story Land which is only 10 minute drive I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation in the mountains of New Hampshire We can not wait to come back next year

Best location in the area. Plenty of space, nice rooms, kitchen looks small but there is plenty of space. Great place to experience the White Mountains.

Everything that was advertised and then more!! Neighborhood is so quiet all you here is the river! My only disappointment was we went driving around and I still have not seen a bear. We had a great week!! THANK YOU

My family had a great time on vacation. The location was wonderful. It was lovely being in nature and across the street from the Flat Rocks while also being a quick car ride to North Conway. The house was comfortable and had everything we could need. The hosts had great recommendations in their binder and were very accommodating.

Such a cute house in an awesome location! So close to Storyland and the river across the street was amazing. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. The owners were easy to communicate with and overall our stay was wonderful. We will definitely be back!
