Cozy Cape Cod Cottage Near Beach and Bike Trail

Such a lovely place! It was perfect for our family. Lots of really thoughtful touches like books for kids. Great location too! Although on a busy road, it is set far back so very quiet and has a big yard. There is also a sidewalk, making walking to the bike path a breeze and safe. Would love to come back another time!

Girls long weekend at this adorable cottage. It was absolutely spotless and the yard and gardens were gorgeous. Deck time just watching the bunnies and birds was our favorite. We will definitely be back. We loved it.

This quaint cottage was an absolute joy to stay in for our family of 5. The kids loved the swing out front, which was great for keeping them entertained each day while we loaded the car for the beach. The outdoor patio was perfect for family dinners and the quiet, big yard made for excellent privacy. Easy access to the rail trail and a short drive to everything the Cape has to offer makes this cottage the perfect site for any vacation. Everything was clean, modern, and beachy feeling without feeling tacky. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much!

We stayed for the weekend, it was a good location to get around to other towns. Walking distance to multiple coffee shops, restaurants and a little beach.

The space is not large but its inviting. Outside spaces for dinning and sitting were a highlight. I appreciated the full kitchen, which is why I rented the place verses others available in the price range at the time. Beautitul shower Keep in mind the only air conditionining unit is in the main room so you may have to keep bedroom doors open to keep them cool. I have had this situation in other similar rentals so its not unique to this unit. Beside that though the A/C unit was plenty powerful and quiet.

This cottage is newly renovated and is so cute and comfortable! There is a nice front deck with comfortable seating, and a patio with a nice dining table and grill. I used the outdoor shower every day, but there is a beautiful, new, indoor shower as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable with lots of bedding and pillows. Our lock box acted up one day, (probably our fault!), and Ekaterina was there to fix the problem in less than 5 minutes. There is a big yard, and cute bunnies munching on grass to admire!! This was an absolutely perfect stay!
