We had a great time just relaxing on dock and deck. It’s a great place for couples to just get away.
The cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook, clean, and enjoy ourselves. The lake was beautiful and the dock had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend!

Thank you for everything staying here was amazing. The cottage was perfect for all our needs. This was one of the most relaxing places. Fishing, swimming, cooking out and sitting on the deck was all great. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy another week.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lake front house! Everything inside & the deck were in pristine condition. The view of the lake was wonderful. We were surprised to find chairs & a floating pad on the dock when we arrived. It was so fun watching so many families out enjoying the water on their boats & jetskis. The only downside was there was alot of debris. The driveway is a little tricky, steep, & narrow once you got down, with no real place to turn around. Luckily we have a Mini, so we were able to get turned around & not have to back out. I would suggest bringing a puzzle or some board games, in case of rain, because there is nothing else to do other than be on the water. That's not a bad thing unless you encounter rain during your stay. We would definitely recommend this property for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

Nice, cozy, cabin. Decorated nicely. Only 1 bed, advertised 2 additional twin beds so glad we didn’t depend on them. Brought our boat since owner advertised we could…..bad idea!! Poor parking and had to back boat down road and driveway. No launch at end of drive workable. We had to drive to public boat landing so that limited our time on water. Walkway on dock didn’t seem secure enough for our liking. Host responsive when messages sent.
Amazing
We stayed here for a short get away and actually ended up booking an extra night. This is a great couples get away place that is very peaceful. The property is exactly as described, updated, and a good location. The views are excellent and the fishing was good too. If you get a chance rent the owners boat and really enjoy the lake. The owners were very easy to work with and easy to communicate with. We will be back.

We loved this place. Perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and newly updated. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, as was the den furniture. We had everything we needed and Stephanie was very nice and helpful. Would definitely visit here again
This property was even better in person than the pictures reflect…Stephanie was great at responding quickly and giving suggestions on things to do! Very quiet cabin and we enjoyed hiking to Sougahoagdee Falls..it was such a pretty day with a beautiful waterfall 2 miles in and tiny ones along the way! We had such a fun wkend with lots of relaxing, coffee, s’mores, good meals, reading, and fire pit on back deck. The views from this beautiful, cozy cabin can’t be beat!
My wife and I decided to have a weekend getaway here this past weekend, and it was a dream! We absolutely loved it!! We have stayed at Smith Lake before but this view was hands down the best we have ever had. There was also a small waterfall right next to the property which was perfect during the afternoon and late night fires. Stephanie was fast to communicate with me and provided very good suggestions for hiking trails! We will definitely be back! I will be recommending this place to everyone!
