This house is in the perfect location to downtown Durham. It is a nice and safe neighborhood. We walked around and could imagine living in a neighborhood just like this. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures online. The beds were very comfy! My kids were very happy having their own spaces (the little futon room was a gem to my son). The house was equipped with all of the basics we needed. We enjoyed wine on the front porch and would have enjoyed the backyard more if our stay had been longer. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was the perfect home away from home; so much better than a hotel.
I rented this home for parents weekend at Duke and was pleased! The listing is very accurate and home is comfortable. I was hoping it would be walking distance to Duke, but was a very easy drive. I would stay again!
My daughter, son in law and grandsons live in Durham. I wanted to spend time with them without wearing thin my welcome. So I rented this home in forest hills for two weeks. It worked out perfectly because my grandsons lived with me for two weeks and we had a ball. The home was clean, well provisioned and ideally located for the schools for the boys. Would definitely rent this place again
Everything about the house was as promised, very clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood to go for a walk, quick access to the freeway and close to downtown restaurants, bars and sites.
This house was great for our visit to Duke University. It's centrally location and has a great back porch to have morning coffee.
Perfect place for visiting friends as we did. Was in a great location with easy access to anywhere in the area. Very comfortable bed and very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.
Everything went smoothly checking in and out. The amenities met our needs and we loved the neighborhood, enjoyed local restaurants and had fun at the ballpark. Emily was responsive and helpful.
We had a wonderful time. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Perfect location to downtown Durham and Duke. Nice very clean house. Highly recommend. Great host as well.
We had a nice stay. Everything was so clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Backyard was tranquil and serene.
This cute house was in a safe and beautiful neighborhood close to Duke, the ball park and all of the other downtown attractions. The bedrooms are large, the bathroom is funky (in a good way), and the yard was perfect for our kids. We loved hanging out on the front porch. Overall I highly recommended this place.
