The house is very convenient to restaurants and shops. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk. My teenage daughters really appreciated having their own rooms. Having another mirror in the house would have been nice as having just one made getting ready hectic. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Oak Island.

We enjoyed it very much. The host is super responsive. It had everything we needed and more. Included beach cart and chairs which was very convenient.

This was our first time to Oak Island, and Dina’s house was absolutely a perfect place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice, and what you don’t see, is an awesome mud room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer, double sinks, toilet, shower, and an exterior door to the yard where there’s a outside spigot to rinse off when you come home from the beach. The weather was beautiful, the walk to the beach takes about five minutes, and the porch is great for outdoor eating and just hanging out. We really hope to stay again sometime. Dina was such a super host, even left us a treat box of cookies ?

Location was great, walking distance to the beach which was a plus. Near grocery store very convenient. Water bugs outside but beside that no issues.

We loved this property! It was a short walk to the beach but we drove since there was public parking so close. We had everything we needed and Dina was very responsive! We didn't have any issues and would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion we have is to add a couple mirrors in the bedrooms since we had all women trying to get dressed at the same time! But I feel these won't be an issue as the remodeling she has been doing is complete!! We greatly appreciate the owner allowing us to stay here and helping to ensure we had a great trip!

A great place to go on a week long vacation! It was affordable, clean, and the location was awesome!

Property was exactly as described. This is my second stay here. Good air conditioning and good mattresses. Very comfortable. This is a quite family vacation spot.

Enjoyed our visit to the beach. Our welcome by the owner was so very nice, and greatly appreciated! The area is clean, friendly and easy to find anything needed. Enjoyed the little shops and visits to the ice cream shop.
