rental in South Oceanside. This is the top unit of a triplex. This beautifully appointed condo spans approximately 1,500 sq ft and sleeps up to four guests with two comfortable queen beds in the bedroom. The shared backyard beach area ensures your toes can always be in the sand!

The open-concept living space flows into the kitchen, which is equipped with essential appliances and cookware, allowing you to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay. Large windows bring in natural light and offer amazing ocean views, while a private deck provides space to enjoy the fresh sea air. A gas BBQ, bar area, and a private spa on the deck add a special touch for relaxed evenings in.

The unit also includes a one-car garage for parking, wall unit air conditioners throughout to keep you cool, and a washer and dryer located in the garage for convenience. From the backyard, you have direct access to the beach, making it easy to step out and enjoy the sand and surf anytime you like.

Whether you’re savoring morning coffee to the soothing sound of surf, grilling dinner after a day at the beach, or relaxing in the spa as the sun dips toward the horizon, this vacation rental offers a perfect blend of sea-side calm and thoughtful comfort.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

    Lovely views all across while in living room, dining & kitchen. Fireplace a nice touch during the winter months! Great outdoor space from living room to lounge, bbq & eat at patio table. Accomodations/furnishings are very “bare bones” compared to other rentals that I’ve stayed in… could use some personal touches, but otherwise comfortable. Management was excellent and easily accessible!

    Our stay was fantastic! We loved the view and the sound of the waves each morning. The accomodations are barebones but very comfortable. The kitchen is enormous. The couch is cozy and gives the perfect view of the ocean. We loved opening the window and sitting to watch and listen. We also really enjoyed the convenient beach access. It was perfect for taking our little one to the beach for a short visit and still being close enough to not have to haul our life with her. The beds are comfy enough, for a short stay. The Murphy beds in the bonus rooms were surprisingly comfortable as well. Great for kids. The location is great for being close to everything but not right in the middle of the crowds. The driveway and garage are very short. We had to parallel park our highlander, in front of it. Fine for us, but just good to know. Overall would recommend this and other properties by Oceanfrontonly, based on our stay.

    Perfect for our 3 day getaway. The view of the ocean here is amazing, loved the large patio. The seabreeze was cool enough we never needed the air conditioning. We were traveling with our dog and the neighborhood is very walkable. The property also has a nice backyard private yard of sand and chairs and steps that go down to the beach. We would stay again.

    If you want the best view of the ocean, this is your place. THE MOST GORGEOUS SUNSETS. The home itself is a little old and could use some spit and polish, but it’s completely comfortable, wonderfully clean, and appointed with everything you need. The management company is outstanding, particularly as it regards communication. Consistent and clear. We loved our stay.
