2nd time renting this lovely vrbo. Clean, several amenities and close to the beach

CHECK IN WAS EASY. Wifi was good. Tv channe options could have been better. Yard was not what i thought but fine

The cottage is in a perfect location. Far enough away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to enjoy.

This was the perfect homebase for our family vacation with its proximity to town and the state park. It was clean and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of yard space. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit. The host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.A few other notes (none of these are deal breakers for us, but may deter others):There are no closets or dressers (luggage racks are provided). The bathroom is quite narrow.

Loved the neighborhood this property was in. The hosts were quick to reply when we had a question. The property was clean and comfortable!

I would highly recommend staying here very clean. The host was very nice and very helpful on anything you needed the place comes with plenty of items to cook in the kitchen with towels, washcloth soap very nice outdoor grill

Cozy Town Beach Cottage was perfect for our short getaway. It was comfy, CLEAN, cozy, and quiet. Its convenience to the beachfront, walking trails and local restaurants was ideal for us. The host was wonderful! There was a problem with the cable (local outage - not the host’s fault) and she responded immediately and stayed in communication until it was resolved. VERY HELPFUL!! We had a great time in Ludington!!

Cozy, clean, comfortable house in a perfect location for riding bikes to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to the beautiful state park which is a slice of heaven on earth.

Perfect for our family of 3. Just a short bike ride to downtown, the beach, and nearby trails. Very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

This cottage was cute, clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The host was very good with communication and the cottage had everything we needed including a good supply of paper products, soaps and even coffee. Great location to bike into town or short drive to beach. Would stay here again!

Perfect cottage for a week stay in Ludington. Far enough away from the main strip to be quiet at night, but close enough that getting to the beach, restaurants and shopping was easy.

20 minute walk to downtown but in totally quiet area. Fully updated, thoughtful 2 bedroom immaculately clean. Very easy to cook in, everything needed was there. Thank you!

My sister and I came to Ludington to attend our brother's wedding at Little Sable Point Lighthouse. The weather was gorgeous for the entire weekend. The cottage was lovely and plenty of yard to have outdoor activities. We strolled around the town of Ludington, just a few minutes away from the cottage. Lovely shops and restaurants to choose from. My husband and I are hoping to take a trip up this way in the late summer, early fall. I would definitely stay here again, if available. Sheila and Trais Dolan were wonderful hosts and Sheila was available to us throughout our stay.

We had never vacationed in this part of MI and and our cottage we such a nice surprise. Easy walk/bike ride to town and the beach. Very cozy space with a lot of nice details. Plenty of towels and kitchen is well appointed. We would recommend and return.

Great stay in this cozy place close to downtown Ludington! Very clean and the owners were pleasant and professional! When we come back to Ludington, we will be staying here again!
