Cozy Beach House in front of the ocean with a private outdoor pool!

The on site property managers are wonderful The swimming pool was fantastic The home was very clean.

Back door don’t have locks even that the country is safe, but you still want lock doors also the light on the pool started to turn off at 9:30pm and after we left the host started calling us saying that cooking pots were missing, that was bad because we didn’t take anything. Other than that the place was clean.

Property was very nice. Only thing I didn't like is the lack of dinning out spots near by.

Would definitely recommend to stay here. Great quiet location. Loved the pool and access to the beach in the backyard. Hosts were friendly. Love the AC availability and hot water. Only thing I would improve would be beds to be comfier. They had working washer and dryer.

The property was exactly as described. Alex and Eva made us feel so welcome and cared for. We purchased food to cook and we also went to a restaurant thats a short walk from the house that alex suggested. We used El Salvador VIP for our transportation to and from the airport and the driver took us to the supermarket that is on the way to the property so we had everything we wanted and needed.The pool is refreshing and being oceanfront was another great aspect of this property as well! The kitchen has all the hardware needed to cook .the AC is nice and cold and the fans are great as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an oceanfront stay at a great price point and i will definitely return to this property!! The host was also very responsive with any questions prior to our stay!

Our stay at this home was beyond perfect. Check in was a breeze and the on-site caretakers Alex and Eva are true gems and such nice people. The property is kept immaculately clean, inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils/pots/pans/towels. The washer and dryer came in handy to launder the beach/bathing towels during our stay. Alex and Eva told us abaout a restaurant near the house that delivers which was such a convenience during our stay. There is also plenty of convenience stores along the road and one is right across the street from the property. The town is close by, we had the beach all to ourselves for our entire stay, and the pool was sparkling and well taken care of. We cannot wait to book again and will be sure to check for availability when we plan our next trip to El Salvador.

Great property with excellent hosts on site. Only drawback is no air conditioning in main living area and limited to 6 bathing towels.

Awesome place for the cost. Would of gave a 5 star review if there would of been hot water in either of the showers inside the house. The rest of the house was great. Beautiful views especially at sunset. Best part of the house though hands down is the host Alex and his wife Eva. They helped with transportation, speaking with and navigating through town.

The property is beautiful and private. The caretakers are very friendly and helpful, and work hard to keep the grounds pristine. Communication with the host was easy and reliable. We will visit again and refer friends and family to this place for sure!

Definitely a place I would recommend, beautiful sunset, lot of space everywhere, so important the access to the beach and a beautiful pool to enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachside apartment in El Salvador! The place looked exactly like the pictures online—clean, comfortable, and just steps from the beach. The area was peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for.Communication with the property managers was excellent—they were very responsive and accommodating, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The caretakers were also incredibly kind and welcoming, and they did their best to communicate with us in English, which we greatly appreciated.The pool and grounds were very well maintained, and the beach itself was beautiful and clean. Since we visited during the off-season, there weren’t too many dining or activity options nearby, so I’d recommend having a car if you stay here.Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we highly recommend this place.

this is the second time we have been here and it’s been amazing. The house was very clean, the pool was really nice, we had access to wifi, and the house is right by the beach. overall we had an amazing time. The hosts Alex and Eva that take care of the house are super kind and sweet. They are always willing to help and to make you feel like your home. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have nice views and have a fun.

We had a fantastic 8 night stay at this beautiful property. Everything was as depicted in the photos. The house is very comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. The pool is clean and well kept. The location is fantastic... Only half an hour to the airport and within an hour or two to the city, to other beaches and to scenic attractions. The caretakers, Alex and Eva, are lovely! So helpful but at the same time, you completely have your privacy. Having the beach access right out the back gate is amazing. We would return for sure! The only note is that we were there at the end of May and the ocean is not swimmable at that time of year... The waves are very large and the surf is too strong.

Super clean and super cool people

This is a beautiful place to stay in. The place and property are kept in great shape. The care takers are very attentive and kind. The pool is nice and clean. The only big downside is that there are limited options to eat out (1 nearby hotel restaurant is open till 5 pm and is cash only and the other one takes 30-45 mins to get your order and makes you leave your id with them to pay), so it is a good idea to bring food to cook there. The Super Talpa is about a 20 min drive away.

The property was clean and well maintained. It is cozy and has easy beach access. Beach is great! Kitchen is well equipped. Looking forward to returning!

The house is right on the ocean with cool breezes and plenty of room for a family. The pool is refreshing and the whole property is clean and useful. The caretakers are wonderful and thoughtful. You can’t go wrong!

We had a great four day stay at this property, the house was very clean and the pictures accurately represent the accommodations. The onsite hosts Alex and Eva were very friendly and helpful. It is not in a well established tourist area so you will be interacting mostly with locals and El Salvadorians visiting the beautiful beach. There are options for restaurants, we tried two along the beach. One at a local hotel that we walked to and another just a short five minute drive. We stayed close to El Tunco for the first part of our trip, this location was an enjoyable change of pace. Great value!

We wish we had longer in this villa! It was in a great proximity to the airport and on the beach meaning we were able to enjoy the sea and poolside before our flight back. Given Playa el Pimental is a very small area there unfortunately wasn't too much choice in terms of groceries and restaurants, but this came with the advantage that the beach was totally quiet and felt private.

More cooking pots would have been helpful

Beautiful views, excellent grounds and pool. The house was clean and we had plenty of room. We hope to return in July!
