Convenient location for this cozy & newly remodeled 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom ranch! Just a few minute walk to Lambeau Field, Titletown District and the Resch & Epic Centers! Fully furnished with everything your group needs for a memorable stay in Green Bay!

This location is ideal for a visit to Green Bay for families or groups! Plenty of space in this open-concept layout with a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level and 2 bedroomsand 1 bathroom on the lower level), along with a lower living room, laundry and general storage.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All HOME Packer games will require a 2 night minimum at a rate of $2,000/ night. Most weekends from July - December are marked unavailable until the 2024 Packer schedule is released sometime in May. Any dates not currently open for booking will open up at that time. Please contact me prior to booking and I will respond with the most up to date information.

We also park vehicles in the front & back lawns of the property for home Packer games. You would have parking in the garage and/or driveway. If you would prefer for us not to park cars, we will add a $300 fee to your reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking for a Packer home game that does not meet these requirements.
