Stayed Sep 13, 2024Yu was very easy to communicate with. The house was easy to find. The neighborhood was kind of sketchy but we didn’t have any issues. I think it is a cut through street for the homeless around the area. The house could use a good deep clean. After reading reviews of a clean place I was thrown off guard with the uncleanliness of the bathrooms. I ended up cleaning toilets (lids and outside of toilet) and showers before we used them. The showers are due for new shower liners. We all slept great and appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. The kids appreciated the Roku TV. Close to FSU. The AC worked great and we were thankful for that. If you just need a place to sleep this is the place. It served its purpose.

Stayed Nov 18, 2023The property was “functional”. Served the purpose. The cleanliness was disappointing. The floors needed mopping. The showers had signs of mildew. And there was a stale smell throughout the property. The backyard area was not usable. And the neighborhood wasn’t very desirable. The kitchen was not well equipped and the silverware was dirty. The beds were horrible and squeaked terribly. The cleanliness never allowed me to be comfortable. Ok property for a quick visit if you don’t plan to spend much time actually at the unit, otherwise, just pay the extra money to stay at the hotel.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Yu’s place was incredibly clean and in the best location in Tallahassee. Very near the bars and restaurants as well as the universities. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed and then some.
