Cozy and Quiet- Private Upstairs Duplex

The apartment was very clean. Everything was new. The bed is very comfortable. Very close to many dining options. The only things to be aware of is a steep driveway and stairs up to the apartment.

Hands down this intermediate stay in the mist of selling and buying my home was pleasurable. The host was nice and accommodating. The home was welcoming, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. I highly recommend this home when visiting Columbia, SC.

Although pictures are accurate the pictures do not do any justice for this property. This property actually exceeded my expectations. It is way larger than I expected being that it appeared to just be an over the garage unit. It is way more than that in my opinion. Property was fully stocked with small toiletries you may need, kitchen supplies and space for a couple or even small family to be very comfortable for a short to few day stay !!! Very clean, Easy check in process and easy to communicate with host of need be

Clean, spacious bedroom with living toom space and kitchen. No issues to report… worked well for our weekend needs.

This duplex was the perfect place for our 3 night stay in SC. Very clean, comfortable and quite as promised. Anna was very nice and provided lots of information about the area. We were they for a show at the arena and when to one of the parks and the zoo.

My stay here was absolutely amazing. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Place was super clean and I had everything I needed. Including clean towels, toiletries for guests, iron and ironing board. Kitchen even had refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. It was very spacious, about 15 minutes away from Gate 4 in Fort Jackson and 18 minutes from Gate 2. I was even able to find a Starbucks that’s 7 minutes away that opened up at 4:30 AM.

The home was a great place to use as our base while we were going through family day and basic training graduation with our son at Fort Jackson. And our host Anna was exceptional in helping us figure how to plan for all the details needed to navigate those events, including putting my Walmart ordered groceries away for me since we wouldn’t get there till 11pm. I would recommend this adorable space to anyone visiting the area

We had a wonderful time in this quiet and peaceful place. Anna communicated beforehand the distance to Fort Jackson and sent a link to other activities in the area. She had a folder of recommendations for restaurants. We went to Cafe Struedel, such unique and wonderful food. I loved the reading nook! It was so nice being close enough to our destination but also having a quiet place to rest. I highly recommend this lovely little retreat.
