The property description is spot-on—it's a peaceful, well-kept home with a beautiful waterfront location, thoughtfully designed layout, and all the amenities we need for a relaxing stay.The house has always been clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Everything from the kitchen to the outdoor spaces is in great shape, making it easy to settle in and enjoy right away. Krainin and the owner are friendly, responsive, and easy to work with—always making the booking process smooth and stress-free.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends or family looking for a quiet retreat. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed kayaking on the pond, relaxing on the deck, and exploring nearby hiking trails. We’ve also found some great local spots to eat—especially in the Bridgton area, which has a nice mix of casual and sit-down options. Some of our local favorites are Beth’s Kitchen Café for breakfast and lunch, Black Horse Tavern for classic comfort food, and Elevation Sushi and Tacos for a fun mix of Japanese and Mexican flavors.Overall, it’s become a special place for us, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s stay!

We enjoyed fishing, swimming, grilling etc. We enjoyed watching all the activities on the lake and even were graced by an Eagle on the Fourth of July. The fireworks were seen in four different areas of the lake, quite a spectacular event. At night we loved hearing the call of the loons echo over the lake, it was so calming and peaceful. The house is located 15 minutes from town, where there’s plenty of restaurants and grocery amenities.
