    This property was clean, quiet, well kept up and just what we needed. Jeff was an amazing host and always responded quickly, I normally book properties with a washer and dryer unit to ease with laundry, and I noticed this property didn't have a washer and dryer unit once I arrived. That was the only issue I had throughout the week and it was easily resolved with surrounding laundry matts as well as we had family in town! Jeff offered us ways to accommodate and easily resolved the confusion. I would recommend this property as well as any other property that Jeff manages!

    It was a functional space for our little family (mom, dad, dog and a 4 yr old.)The bathtub could use a deep cleaning and I didn’t have the supplies to do it. The neighbors were very kind and made us feel at ease which isn’t always the case in Denver. The front deck was a little bit dangerous because if u lift the plastic there is a hole- having a 4 yr old who is constantly exploring was challenging. The inside was very safe and there was nothing I had to worry about. There was some missing boards on the backyard fence so our pup who is little couldnt be left alone in the back yard. I think with a few home improvements this property could be 5 stars .The owners were kind and helpful and best of all it was affordable .

    This is a very clean property. It is very evident the host has taken care to make this property all it can be, and continues to make improvements. The host was very responsive and even accommodated an early check in. Easy location to serve as home base for all of Denver.

    Interior good. Nice kitchen. Comfy bed. Hot shower. Exterior needs work. Back yard grass waaaay overgrown & picked up random glass, razor blades, trash on back patio.

    My boyfriend and I stayed here while in between apartments. Jeff was super friendly and communicative and quick to respond. The house is beautiful and clean and perfect for a long or short stay.. The neighborhood was a little iffy - a man came up and banged on the windows one evening but quickly went away. Overall 8/10

    I chose this place for its closeness to my job and found it to be an excellent choice. The place had enough room for me, my friend, and my dog Kasey. All the amenities we could need were right there and it was easy to travel to several places for dinner or to check out the beautiful Colorado scenery. Jeff is extremely responsive with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone that would like a place to relax while in town for business or pleasure! I will definitely be keeping this place on the short list when I am back in town.

    This review is mostly for more than 3 people. The house was very clean and nice to stay at just for a few days. If you have more than 3 people I would recommend taking quick showers or else you will run out of hot water. I had 6 people in my group and would not recommend showering one after another. There is only a couple extra throw blankets, so id also recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets as well. complimentary coffee is provided which is always a nice addition. We didn't do any cooking on the property but if you plan to, there is a little spice rack, though theres is no salt pepper, or sugar. If you are just looking for a place to rest your head at night this is the place for you.

    I was supposed to stay here 3 nights, and ended up leaving early. I had forgotten that with a duplex you can hear the people below you, smell what they are cooking/smoking etc. There were some issues with the property (ex: AC not working) but the owner was very quick to respond and tried his best to rectify the situation.
