Stayed Apr 23, 2025This place was exactly as described. The owners had the place very nicely set up for our stay. Location was extremely convenient for all our our excursions. Was really nice being able to park a Toyota Sequoia in the garage. We will be staying here again if available on our next trip to Anchorage.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025I loved how easy the booking was, the instructions were clear when I arrived I struggled to open the door, called the manager and was given instructions immediately and was in no problem. It was so nice and cozy which is definitely the right word. I like the garage access, and the space was clean, with all the amenities there. I felt safe with my children, and they of course loved the stairs! I also love how close everything is to downtown and the trails.I will stay here again and again.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Laid back and private. Check in and check out instructions are simple. Had no issues whatsoever, extremely comfortable. Has remote control for garage and jacuzzi was a nice touch that my husband loved. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Overall, the location of the property was fantastic! Close to Ben Boeke and easy to get to other rinks for play. I love the open floor plan and it was easy to cook Thanksgiving dinner for ourselves and guests. I like the split level and 2 full bathrooms. The garage is a big plus with the extremely cold temps. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would definitely rebook this property.

Stayed Nov 3, 2024The location was great and ot made it easy for us to reach where we wanted to be. There were spoces for cooking, which I appreciated in the pantry. There could be aome updates to the peoperty. Under the steps there is a large area of dirt and it appeared that plants may have been in there at some time, but having on dirt there made the area feel incomplete and dirty.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Property was very clean. The kitchen has great assortment of spices. The garage is a nice bonus on rainy Alaskan days. The location is a short drive from airport and less than a 5 minute drive to downtown restaurant, shops, and museums. The property is a bit dated but still very nice and clean.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds! The walk to downtown was easy, and we walked to restaurants every evening. We would stay again!
