Stayed Jul 3, 2025We enjoyed our stay! The location was great with easy access to attractions, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The beach is a private beach for the Sunnyside community and it is a short walk from the beach house. We recommend the house for a weekend visit or a week long vacation stay.

Stayed Feb 4, 2024We appreciated the quiet neighborhood location which is also close to getting to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Not happy with all the pet hair on the furniture and rugs. Also not having an eating space in the kitchen was a negative for us. The mattress in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The walk-in shower in the bathroom is a very nice feature. The parking space available is more than adequate.

It exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this property for those looking for an affordable and clean place to stay. We had a great time and would most definitely stay again.
