For your comfort, we recommend visiting a nearby supermarket to restock for longer stays.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules



No Smoking Indoors— $2,500 fine + costs for odor removal.



Pool Care: Keep the pool clean — $1,500 fine if violated.



️ Trash & Recycling: Please use proper bins — $1,000 cleaning fee if ignored.



No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.



Late Check-out Fee: $150 (after 10:00 AM without prior approval).

- Community has a security gate; all drivers must be registered before check-in.
