Cozy 5 bedroom sleeps 14+

Jazz was so helpful and kind. She was one of the best hosts to work with, especially on short notice. The home rented to us was perfect for our team and our needs. I will definitely keep this property in mind when we return to Las Vegas.

Stayed here strictly for the location since we were attending an event 10 mins away. House was spacious enough for 10 but for the amount of money we spent ($5111) for four nights it had some glaring issues. 1. The AC did not get even remotely cold enough in three of the rooms. Some rooms in the other part of the house had additional window units which was good, but the others were wayyyy too warm. We had to go buy fans for our stay for it to be comfortable enough to sleep in. 2. The beds… one of the trundle beds was completely broken so we couldn’t use both mattresses. Not a huge deal for our group but something to consider if there’s more in yours. One of the mattresses in the double bed room should not be considered a mattress. The bed frame it was on felt like it would fall apart at any moment, and the “mattress” was a four inch thick spring board. It was awful. The other beds seemed comfortable enough, but they should be replacing several of the bed frames and mattresses in this house. 3. One of the rooms didn’t have a properly connected door (it was hanging off the hinges) so it couldn’t be shut the entire time. 4. Cleanliness was my biggest gripe. The place was not clean. It had dirt and grime in almost every room. There was a pillow on the couch that had some sort of blood or vomit on it which is disgusting. The couch itself was very janky. 5. The kitchen supplies lacked considerably. 6. Internet barely ever worked which was an issue for us.

Was well cleaned, basic comfort, aging mattresses, unsure neighborhood but thankful for full gate to pull closed across driveway.

Don’t book this house if you want to get cancelled on last minute. I booked this for my family and there was 12 of us including a 2 year old and 80 year old. We arrived to Vegas and looked up the address jasmine (the host) left and it was an apartment complex. I was confused and contacted jasmine to see if that was the correct address and 30 minutes later jasmine cancelled on us. She left us a message saying, “I have Severe property damage from the last guest. So soryy”. I got that message when we were on our way to the property since it was close to check in time and I was very upset. I am not sure why jasmine didn’t tell us as soon as possible since we were a big party. So if anyone is looking to book this cancel right away or else you’ll be left in the dark and have to find someplace else last minute.

This place has lots of room for a big family trip. We would stay here again if we are in town. Minutes from Fremont street and 15min drive to paradise street. Uber is expensive during peek hours but reasonable outside of that. Thank you for the hospitality.

The place was really spacious and had almost everything you need , towels, plenty of beds, A/C, a sizable backyard and was conveniently located 10-15 mins from the strip . Definitely a place to stay with a group of friends or family .

This place was very nice! A lot of rooms and bed! Uber was very cost efficient and stores and food stops were close by!

Was super easy to work with great house, great beds we didn’t spent much time around the house but was a great clean place to come back to and sleep.

We enjoyed Jasmines property very much! We had large group of 21 and we all fit very comfortably. We would stay again!
